LUNCH
yep ...lol my chicken tacos again prelude south western chicken,FF cheese,FF sour 1 low cal wheat flat bread(270 cals)
SNACK
apple w/peanutbutter(190 cals)
DINNER
1 BIG piece bakedlemon pepper chicken breast(250 cals)
mixed veggies(80 cals)
SNACK
1 peanutbutter high protien south beach bar(140 cals)
1 boiled egg(70 cals)
CALORIES 1,300 ISH
EXERSICES stationary bike 5 miles 19 mins,I did ALOT of STRENGTH training and ball exersices crunches,squats,lunges 40 minutes lol did a lil of everything!:party:

Ok I am off as far as exersicing goes but still eating right!

1 healthy made turkey sand w/ustard,didn't feel like cooking(170 cals)

I may nibble on a few more baked rits since the only store I went to today didn't have the almonds I wanted grrrr.

Howdy everyone We played cards won the 1st game lost 3 so basically up $15 we just play $5 a person and the pot was $45 so 1st got $35 (me)2nd $10.I ate well took my baked ritzs (south western ranch)with my reduced fat cream cheese and there was not a person there that didn't say DAMN THESE ARE GOOD!!I had a crowd of 10-12 that asked where to get them lol.
I did no exersice like I said because it was my rest day.OH I wanted to post my son with his NEW haircut and I cut it myself...the secret give suckers 1 for each hand then put him in the highchair and cut away lol.

ISN'T HE CUITE!!!
