sleeeep yeah yeah but I use SAT and SUN to catch up on sleep!

1 multi grain apple cereal bar (130 cals)
1 piece lemon pepper chicken breast(250 cals)
SNACK
grapes (60 cals)
ritzs and cream cheese(200 cals)
DINNER
1 healthy made turkey sand w/ustard,didn't feel like cooking(170 cals)
SNACK
something new a fiber 1 bar(150 cals)
bannanah(100 cals)
I may nibble on a few more baked rits since the only store I went to today didn't have the almonds I wanted grrrr.
