Howdy and Good to see ya DAISEEANGEL You'll get back ontrack,lol you and me both.OK I went and lockedmyself in my room and did 6.5 miles stationary bike and I knotched it up tp 6 out of 10 for strength 34 minutes then I did crunches and suqats so 45 minutes tonight +

when this cold freaking leave my body geeesh whats weird I have beeen less cloggy at night well it could be because of the vicks vaporizer
YAY I finally got great workout in! I hopped on my "LOWRIDER" lol aka stationary bike and did a whopping 9 MILES the most ever for me in 1 sitting,it took me 40 minutes to complete.I also did 100,crunches,25 girly pushups and 20 squats.So I woirked out a total of 55 minutes!WOOHOO,now to the BAD NEWS I need to come clean as you know I have been sick for about 5 days and up until the night before last I was eating badly which I did report here with but what I didn't report is the freaking scale said "185"I was mad and depressed so getting back on track,this morning looked ro be 183.5 so thats a start in the tight direction.I have until SATURDAY offically to get the rest of my exersices in for the challange but the GAIN may not be down intime.
