Hey tammy, thanks for stopping by my diary while i was away this weekend visiting with hubby. We got great news today besides spending the weekend with dh he's getting to come home for thanksgiving. I can't wait. i hope you are feeling better and are kicking butt with the workouts again soon.

You did really well to exercise while ill. Also your calories were very good for a day when you had a big meal out event like that.

Obviously - I hope that you are feeling tons better soon.

Also - the best advice that I can give is that you buy some vaseline as soon as you are well. It is really cheap and you never know when it might come in handy.

Howdy and Good to see ya DAISEEANGEL You'll get back ontrack,lol you and me both.OK I went and lockedmyself in my room and did 6.5 miles stationary bike and I knotched it up tp 6 out of 10 for strength 34 minutes then I did crunches and suqats so 45 minutes tonight + 3 mini reesee white chochlate peantubutter I ordered off school event lol 3 is better than the BAG and beleive me they are that good!
so MY NEW TOTAL IS 1,540 :drool5:

Wow. Now that's dedication. Anyone who locks themself into a room to get hot and sweaty deserves kudos (as well as rep). ;) Keep going, doll... Christmas is right around the bend and you're going to be even more smoking. Hope your poor little red nose is feeling better.

LOL as far as football goes I root for the BENGALS because we don't have a PRO football team and USUALLY ky college football such altho they did better this year but I root for OHIOSTATE now college basketball I root for those WILDCATS

So a little trivia: I have a friend that just went to visit China for work and white is apparently a color associated with death. So I asked if they wear white to the funerals. I could've googled it but she supposed they did. Thought it was funny that we wear white for weddings...and my future hubby was against black for the bridesmaids but we are wearing death colors anyway!! lol
anywho hope you are having a good week! It's friday for me today and payday:D lol my job wears me out but we get Wed, Thurs and Friday off next week. It's those kinds of breaks that make it all worth it:D

Glad you are feeling "a little" better. I can never decide which is worse- constant sniffles where you want to plug up the nose with tissue, or being clogged up . . I guess whichever one I'm suffering with at the time is worse LOL.
 
:hurray: YAY I finally got great workout in! I hopped on my "LOWRIDER" lol aka stationary bike and did a whopping 9 MILES the most ever for me in 1 sitting,it took me 40 minutes to complete.I also did 100,crunches,25 girly pushups and 20 squats.So I woirked out a total of 55 minutes!WOOHOO,now to the BAD NEWS I need to come clean as you know I have been sick for about 5 days and up until the night before last I was eating badly which I did report here with but what I didn't report is the freaking scale said "185"I was mad and depressed so getting back on track,this morning looked ro be 183.5 so thats a start in the tight direction.I have until SATURDAY offically to get the rest of my exersices in for the challange but the GAIN may not be down intime.
Anyway the important thing is I feel GOOD now for exersicing my booty off and sticking to my menue plan,Tammy

I am a HUGE Steeler fan, and the Bengals are one of our division rivals! Ugh. It's ok, though... they aren't much competition this year! :willy_nilly: I hate the Bengals!
