Congrats on 159 Tammy. I'm back and I've discovered how I can keep my calories low with fibre and protein. Hope I can follow in your shoes. Wow, almost 100 pounds lost. That's incredible. You look great.
 
Ty ladies I still have lot's of work to do and I am hoping when the weather finally lets up I am going to try jogging the floodwall starting out by taking baby steps of course lol I have walked the 3 mile floodwall for 2 years now and it is time to step it up.LOL the rain here is rediculous flooding everywhere non stop for 2 days and I am talking constant down pours!
I am posting a menue today to show you's what I have been eating and I pretty much eat this menue daily cuz I like the food lol!
Yesterday for exersices I did alot of floor exersices,weights and dancing to hip hop lol!

MENUE
Breakfast
egg beater,2% cheese,canadian bacon in a bag,1(100 cal)mc muffin(270 cals)
LUNCH
1 flatbreadd with chicken and taco seasoning reduced sour cream and shredded lettuce(280 cals)
SNACK
peanut butter drizzle mini rice cakes(90 cal pk)
1 nannah(100 cals)
DINNER
big bowl mixed veggie soup lean cuisine meal(450 cals)
snack
100 cal pk oreo balls omg yummm(100 cals)
grapes(60 cals)

Well still on the loss yay I lost -2 lbs this week,and thats
even with "TOM' lol he is lucky haha.I am going to move my goal
to 145 cuz I am 100% sure 150 isn't going to cut it.TY all for your
support if it wasn't for the GREAT SUPPORT from friends here I would
have never made it this far.***HUGGS***TAMMY

wow tammy.. your kicking ass.. your going to be at your goal and maintaining it while i get big and fat.. lol gotta love pregnancy.... haha anyways.. keep going strong. i so miss this site and working out as much as i did before. but nope can't do that now till after november when baby's born. hope to still see you around though. talk to you soon.

Way to go on 157.

I am so stoked to be on this new diet, yeh its a lot of broccoli but its working. Now maybe I'll get somewhere now that my calories are more like 1500. I used to think there was no way you could be eating enough but now I see how it can be done and I am reformed.

Also glad to know you walked 3 miles for 2 years. I have a 3 mile route I have been doing everyday.

So this year will be better than last. You are definitely an inspiration to me.
