aWWWWWW Ty bunches!! I am still not used to compliments cuz I don't feel hott or sexy well atleast YET lol. KORRIE I do pushups and use 2-5lb dumbells and do a bunch of diff routines. I went walking tonight for 90 mins 6 miles it was still a little col than I like but a HOODIE seemed to work well.

Well lastnight was so WARMMMM I took my dog and walked 90+ mins I know I left at 11 PM and walked atleast till 12:30 am it was so beautiful,lol now it feels 20 degrees colder and it's cloudy and gloomy to.
Well my sis talked me into going later today and sighning up at URBAN ACTIVE" I will let ya's know how that goes.Well have a nice day Tammy

its funny you guys should throw around the MILF thing. Somebody called me that once and i took it as a compliment and thought nothing off it, but apparently acording to another person it was a major insult to be called a MILF?
I was like 'wtf?' maybe its my perception but i still take it as a compliment :D

LOL I am not even good at the basic compliments like wow you have lost alot of weight I usually reply back with a I STILL HAVE SOME MORE TO GO LOL.:ack2:
 
Pigged out on Easter,lol I have passed up Mother N law's food for the
past few months and I went for it.I had to 2 plates lots of BAD CARBS lol 2 cupcakes 1 cookie and some birthday bash ice cream 1 peanutbutter reesee egg geeeesh I feel so blah today..:puke: BUT today new day and I have had my healthy stuff today,I noticed eating alot of calories and it being BAD FOODS I had low energy bloated blahness in compares to eating 1,200 cals of healthier foods seem to give me more energy.
 
hey girl dont feel bad i ate to much also i had 2 pieces of carrot cake (it was so good..lol) but like you said its a new day and we are both back on track!! Hope you have a great week:)
