Thanks Mandy
Definitely stressed, mostly just so much to do and not nearly enough time to do it in, but I have to make it work. Hopefully work calms down just a little so I have more time during the day to do things.
133 again today. This is not going well! The numbers really need to start moving downward and soon!
One of the guys next door (Manager I think? At the gym) came by the other day. We've talked a bit before and he got our mail by mistake. Anyways, he suggested I go by on Monday at 11am and go through his TRX Heat class. Not sure if I want to - I hate gyms. Currently they have a 36 month plan for $29.99 a month - but I do not want a 3 year contract and I'm sure their month to month and other contracts are more. They do offer group classes, Service Choice Trainers (free to get a fitness analysis, ongoing help, support and advice - which most places offer I think), fully equipped showers including shampoo, body wash, and towel service which is nice, and a dry sauna in the women's change rooms. And it's literally 2 steps away, I'd just have to take an actual lunch break and go do something there. But again, I hate gyms, and also do not have the money. And if I did go to a gym I'd want a personal trainer again which means even more expensive.
Anyways, gonna get some work done and since I didn't last night will try to catch up on diaries - I have a LOT of reading to do!

and after the first bite I figured I'd prefer the other candy over a not so yummy cookie so I tossed it.
