Did not sleep last night. Early morning I walked on my treadmill watching YT videos for an hour.

Taking bro to Bedford for dental this morning. After noon the cleaners will be here.

This is my 2nd day of fasting. Planning on fasting today as well. Planning on working out some more when I get back.

I did a walking AF workout video for 15 min and a 30 min Latin dance AF video.

Still fasting. I’m going as long as I can.

It’s 10 pm and I’m wide awake. Looks like another night I’ll be up. And I didn’t take a nap today. I’ll try to go sleep at 12 am. I want to recover.

Ended my fast at 130 am. Had cauliflower rice and a pork chop and a piece of chicken thighs and some zoodles.

Hopefully I can sleep now. I want to get up early to workout.

Sleep late and got up really early. I walked for an hour on my treadmill watching YT. I did a 10% incline at 3.0 mph. Will workout some more later.

Drinking coffee with almond milk and Splenda rn. Not eating until dinner. Going to a Japanese restaurant for late dinner. Will have scallion pancakes and beef teriyaki. And will have a Diet Coke and water only. Ended up eating air fry chicken tenders that I marinated from scratch. I had it with potatoes and Madura baked not fried. For lunch. Also, I had some curry chicken with a little potatoes.

Doing errands this morning. Will get something for BIL M birthday. I got him a shirt.

I have to pick up kids later in the afternoon.

Did a 45 min treadmill AF wo video. Feeling good.

I had tuna tartare and scallion pancakes. Just a Diet Coke and water to drink.

Slept for most of the day. My body is so sore. Lunch was an apple salad with chicken. Dinner was a slice of sourdough bread and an egg. Still sore so I’ll just watch tv till I go to sleep.

Sunday

Today was holy 1st communion for the twins. After church we went to sis I for lunch. I had milky shot. And Diet Coke. I had 2 bbq ribs and some octopus rice. for apps I had 3 crackers some guava and some cheddar cheese. I had a piece of pineapple cake too.

I walked at 3.5 mph at 10% incline for an hour. Then did another 30 min at 3.0 and mostly 10% or less.

Did a 20 min upper body AF strength training. And 10 min of core work.

Had 2 ribs and brown rice and baked beans. And a slice of cake. At night I had a biscuit with strawberry jam.

Week goal is to get under 145 lbs.

Another goal is to do at least 30 min of exercise a day.

Another goal is to drink more water.

This morning I walked a little over 60 min on my treadmill watching tv. Then early afternoon I walked for 30 min around condo.

Breakfast was an egg and 2 sausage links. Lunch was butternut squash and a salad of romaine lettuce, cranberries, blueberries, avocado, mushrooms and English cucumbers.

Woke up energized. Studied a little Spanish. Having a coffee. When I’m done with my show I’ll go on the treadmill.

I think I’ll try to fast again. I always try and then I quit. So I’ll try my hardest today.

Ok just did 30 min on my treadmill: 20 min on a AF workout and 10 on YT.

Thinking about going outside for a walk. It’s a beautiful day so i might go enjoy it. Have to pick up the twins at their bus stop and take T to soccer practice. Guess The has to tag along. Maybe might go early to take a walk around sis I neighborhood. It has one big hill.

Walked for 20 min around the condos.

Walked on my treadmill for 33 min. Did a 20 min and 10 AF workout. I might come back later and do more.

I have to go get my mom stuff for Mother’s Day. Might mail it tomorrow. And I have to get some groceries for taco night tonite. Have to get the sides.

Had a little time after I did the sides. So did a 30 min AF workout.

Sure, Blue it’s just AF for apple fitness workout for 10 min. It has different workout videos you can do. It can be treadmill or dance or other workout. I do pay for it.

Had a pb with almond milk drink.

Walked for 30 min watching tv.

I’ve been drinking a lot of low cal juice. Like 0-5 cal per cup.

Well obviously not successful on my fast yesterday. Today I’m going to do it. Well going for lobster with sis for lunch. I’ll fast after that.

I’m going soon outside for a walk. Nice day today. Have to take advantage while I can. Walked for 35 min outside around my neighborhood. Did 8 min on treadmill. In the evening I walked for an hour outside around my neighborhood.

This morning I had a McDonald coffee with creamer and Splend.

Taking my bro for a shave and cut, a pedi/ mani. And for weed. Then this afternoon I have A and Tho and The to pick up from bus stop. Going to get them a Happy Meal.

I might try to fit in a workout between the errands. Did 10 min walking on treadmill.

Fasting trying to today. At 1230 pm not hungry yet.

Well I ate a lot yesterday. Sis I made shrimp pad Thai and crab Rangoons. And I had white wine. And a shot.

Oh well today I’m beginning again.

Morning:
Up early. Had an iced protein shake with almond milk this morning. About to go for a walk on my treadmill.

I did a 45 min workout on my treadmill. According to it I burned 420 cals. I went hard. I’ll do another workout later.

I feel so good rn. I just hope my diet will improve today.

Mid morning.

Breakfast is boiled cabbage soup. So just something that I hope is filling until lunch. Lunch I’m planning on having a protein drink. Then wait awhile and then go do another AF workout. After cardio I plan on doing some ST and core work. I had 5 asparagus spears that I had in freezer. Just microwaved it.

Lunch

I did a treadmill workout. Burned 340 cal in 30 min. Planning on going back this evening. Drinking a coffee protein shake. Dinner is tilapia with asparagus.

Dinner

Went for a walk at the park. My sisters invited me and never came so I went by myself. Did about 24 min.

Had 1.5 oz of blackened tilapia. Keeping the rest for tonight if I’m hungry late night. I had it with asparagus.

Now everyone is going to the beach and Browns. Already told them I’ll come for a diet drink only.


Before bed nighttime

I did great. I just had a large diet cola. I wasn’t even tempted. Because I ate before I went with Sis I and her family.

Tomorrow we r meeting up with sis I to walk around her neighborhood. It has a huge hill.

I’m about to have my last meal of the day (I hope!). I’m having a coffee protein shake with almond milk. And the other half of tilapia.

Late night

I had a rib and some pad Thai leftovers.

Morning

Went for a short 10 min walk with sisters. Had to stop because my sis son had an emergency.

Just had a McDonald coffee with creamer and Splenda.


Lunch

Had some potatoes with broiled tri tip steak. Having a coffee protein drink.

Kinda sore so not sure if I’ll be doing any exercise today.


Mid afternoon

Did 60 min on treadmill watching YT. I did 650 cal. Did 10.0 % incline. Kinda slow at 3.0 mph the whole way. Will try to do better next time.


Early evening

Had a boiled egg and just the whites of another one. Will have some cabbage soup also. Made curry turkey breast and brown rice. If I’m hungry later on I’ll have some.

Had some steak and potato.

Night

Did 30 min burning 320 cal on treadmill watching tv.

Late night

Had the last of the leftover tri tip and potato. And a protein coffee iced drink with almond milk and Splenda.

Morning

Today I’m not sure what I’m doing. I slept in so I’m not as sore as yesterday. After I have my morning coffee and watch some tv I’ll know better.

Had a cup of iced coffee protein drink. And a scrambled egg with hot pepper. And some boiled cabbage and one breakfast sausage link.

About to take a shower and go to the grocery store. Need some almond milk and diet soda.

Lunch

Making stewed saltfish and I’ll make dumplings to go along with it. Not going to eat some until tonite when I get hungry late night. After I finish cooking I’ll go for a workout.

Mid afternoon

Had some steamed broccoli. Did 30 min dance AF video. I think I’ll do some treadmill workout in awhile. Walked 36 min at 10% incline and mostly 4.0 mph. Burning over 400 cals. I’ll go back later tonite.

Dinner

Had some saltfish with boiled eggs and 2 dumplings. Having a blended ice coffee protein drink. Had 2 big strawberries.

Today I had an iced coffee protein drink. Then I went to Target and got a passion ice tea with lemonade. So good! Doing errands. Taking bro to dispensary. Might workout later.

Had a boiled egg. Also, had a venti passion tea lemonade from Starbucks.

Lunch

Had a coffee protein drink with almond milk and Splenda.

Walked for 60 min. Burning 600 cals. Did 30 min at 11% incline and 4.0-4.3 mph. The rest no incline at 3.0 mph.

Dinner

Finally came home. Was babysitting nephew A.

Had the rest of the saltfish and 2 dumplings. Also had some brown rice with curry turkey.
