146.9 lbs!!! Yay!

Did not sleep last night. Early morning I walked on my treadmill watching YT videos for an hour.

Taking bro to Bedford for dental this morning. After noon the cleaners will be here.

This is my 2nd day of fasting. Planning on fasting today as well. Planning on working out some more when I get back.

I did a walking AF workout video for 15 min and a 30 min Latin dance AF video.

Still fasting. I’m going as long as I can.

It’s 10 pm and I’m wide awake. Looks like another night I’ll be up. And I didn’t take a nap today. I’ll try to go sleep at 12 am. I want to recover.

Ended my fast at 130 am. Had cauliflower rice and a pork chop and a piece of chicken thighs and some zoodles.

Hopefully I can sleep now. I want to get up early to workout.

Sleep late and got up really early. I walked for an hour on my treadmill watching YT. I did a 10% incline at 3.0 mph. Will workout some more later.

Drinking coffee with almond milk and Splenda rn. Not eating until dinner. Going to a Japanese restaurant for late dinner. Will have scallion pancakes and beef teriyaki. And will have a Diet Coke and water only. Ended up eating air fry chicken tenders that I marinated from scratch. I had it with potatoes and Madura baked not fried. For lunch. Also, I had some curry chicken with a little potatoes.

Doing errands this morning. Will get something for BIL M birthday. I got him a shirt.

I have to pick up kids later in the afternoon.

Did a 45 min treadmill AF wo video. Feeling good.

I had tuna tartare and scallion pancakes. Just a Diet Coke and water to drink.

Slept for most of the day. My body is so sore. Lunch was an apple salad with chicken. Dinner was a slice of sourdough bread and an egg. Still sore so I’ll just watch tv till I go to sleep.

Sunday

Today was holy 1st communion for the twins. After church we went to sis I for lunch. I had milky shot. And Diet Coke. I had 2 bbq ribs and some octopus rice. for apps I had 3 crackers some guava and some cheddar cheese. I had a piece of pineapple cake too.

Week goal is to get under 145 lbs. I’m going to try fasting. Starting now at 3 pm on Sunday. I want to go till Wed morning. I’ll try at least.

Another goal is to do at least 30 min of exercise a day.
