So, I’m back again. New website not working for me.

This past Wed I weighed in at 144 lbs. So I’ll use that as my starting weight.

In Miami this week. Sis I and twins came too. Yesterday I had oxtails and rice with just one small plantain Pice. Lunch was half a chicken thigh. Had Cheetos and chips. Had rum and Diet Coke.

Today is beach day. Staying at beach all day. Do have to get a lounger. Our hotel room is walking distance to the beach. We also went to the nice warm pool.

Breakfast this morning was bread and an egg with butter that I made Up early so I made some coffee. Lunch was 2 grilled fish tacos with fries. I had an ice cream sandwich and some Cheetos. Dinner was a rotisserie chicken thigh leftover and had half a bread roll and half buttered. Also had a little pastry thing.

Tomorrow we r going an activity place. There I think will have my Cuban sandwich.

A Cuban sandwich is like a panini. It is Cuban bread, ham, roasted pork, Swiss cheese, pickles, mustard. It’s really good.

Woke up really late. Got my bro gen gua plate. He almost choked. About the 4th time I’ve had to do the Heimlich on him.

Had an iced coffee protein drink shake for late breakfast. Today I’m just drinking liquids or so is my plans. Planning on going to workout in the afternoon. Maybe not as hard as I did yesterday. But I’ll do something.
