New to Everything

Just stopping in to check on ya! Good luck on your weigh in tomorrow! Mine is also tomorrow but like you I haven't been into it this week either!
 
Well another friday and I'm scared to go weigh-in- again. So far this morning I just at an apple and water so It's not food that I will be weighing. I sure hope I get to change this ticker...... Tomorrow is the Relay for life so I will be getting good excercise then.

Chris- good luck!! I still haven't made it to curves.

Who else here goes to WW and what's your weigh in day?
 
Well, I went and I only lost 1 lb. I think that Easter and my vacation week has caught up to me this week. They also say that during that "certain time of the month" you can expect to have anywhere from 3-5 lbs water retention, so maybe thats it too. I did OK with my water today Jells, not great, but not bad. I need to get out of this slump. I guess 1 lb lost is better than 1 lb. gained. Since I started this thing my total loss is 15.8, so I guess I am happy.

L= 6 inch Subway turkey/ham/lettuce/must/on wheat-6
1 small bg of plain baked chips-2
med. diet lemonade-?
 
Hey there! Good Job on the lb lost. You're right, better to lose than gain. I'm sure you'll see a change after TOM leaves and you lose the water retention. Keep up the great work! You are closing in on the 190s.
 
Happy Saturday ya'll! Well, I got up with the chickens today at 5 am, but that's usual worktime for me anyway, and went to the Relay for Life. The track was 1/4 mile and hubby and I went around 12 times. I am off now to Wal mart to stock up on lean cuisines and flavored waters for next week. I think I'm gonna look for those flavor packets that ya'll keep talking about. Oh, already today I have 20 oz water in. I have to drink room temp water cause it hurts my teeth if its cold so I think I should jog in place to make up the calories I could burn if it was cold! lol:D
 
Hey girl! Congratulations on your lb!! I also lost 1 lb this week! Your doing great on your water too! 5 am.. gee.. i didn't make it up until ummmm 9 i think! lol.. I even went to bed early last night! Hope your having a great weekend!!
 
Ok guys and gals, I've made a drastic choice- I joined CURVES this morning! Thanks Chris, you were what made me do it. I tried all the machienes and they really do put you through one HECK of a workout! UGH. I better start dropping this fat now! Guess what I asked her, " What do I do if I have to pee?" lol.. This is a BIG concern for me, (cause im getting my H2O):D
 
Yay!!! That is awesome!! I like going cause if i had to sit at home and do my dvd's.. they probley wouldn't get done.. and going to curves lets me get out of the house and socialize.. and I sort of have to go if I'm gonna spend the money on it you know? lol.. Once you figure out what is gonna work for ya you will drop those lbs girl.. I was up to 218 last wednesday.. and told myself I have to do something about this.. so I changed the way I was eating.. and I'm now down to 213.6!! I'm catching up with ya!! :D

LOL@what if i have to pee! I can totally relate i drink so much water at work so I'm going to the bathroom quite a bit during the day!!!!

LOl, wow, when I went to check out curves I was under the misconception that it was a mild workout in lieu of the gym. she had me try every machiene and boy,let me tell you, I feel it from just trying! I can't imagine how I will feel by tomorrow this time, but I guess that's what I am paying for. (torture?) Anyway, it should be good to go 3 times before friday weigh in. Hopefully it will reflect. Confession time, I snuck a piece of pepperoni off my bosses pizza today and she laughed. There, I admitted it.

Lunch- LC dinner-7 pts(it was heavenly)
Snack- 1 apple- 2 pts
94% ff popcorn- 2 pts============= 13 pts so far, 13 for dinner which is easy, it's chicken, yes, and WATER, WATER, WATER.:cool:
 
LoL... Hey hun! If all you ate was a piece of pepporoni.. your doing fine!! I would probably ate the whole piece!! lol.. Yea let us know how you like curves!! Did she give ya the code for the forum there?? They have a new site.. with bullitin boards like this one..
 
Well, no, they were really kinda busy, only one girl and 3 ppl filling out paperwork. I got a BIG workout (30 mn) Anyway, one of the other girls working out showed me the stretchout in the end, they were really super nice there. I am going back tomorrow. For the moment, I am glad I went, but the girl was too busy and didnt get to take my measurements or give me my check in card or anything. Owell.
 
Your doing great girl, don't even sweat the piece of pepperoni!!!!!!!! That's nuthin. Keep up the good work.

Hi everyone. Well, I went to day 2 at curves and it didn't kill me. It sure gave me one heck of a workout though. I weighed in and the scales are higher than at ww. I wish I knew how much though, guess I will have to wait till friday to find out. Today's rainy and I just want to sleep, but I don't need laziness to set in. I think this week is a good one.

Good afternoon! It is raining here.. You just cant seem to get motivated when it's rainy outside.. How did you like your 2ed day at Curves??? Are you sore yet?? Can you tell a difference in the workout?
