New to Everything

I wasn't really sore last night, just tired-er. About 10 mn. into my workout though, It was like, UGH, this hurts. My arems are aching a little now. I'll go back though, lol

Well, I went to curves for the 3rd time in a row now and am taking tomorrow off because that's my WW and weigh in time. I HOPE I am down at least some........guess what? I got my TOM for the second time this month. The last time it was the 15-18 I wonder if it's cause my body is freaking out with this diet and exercise. Ya' think? It could just be me getting older, but I'm getting that fixed June. 19. Hey, how many pts. do you think a small container(pint) of house lo-mein is? Yep, that was dinner last night. Will check diaries after I eat (naturally):D
 
Great job on going to curves. Keep it up. Good luck tomorrow with the wiegh in. I bet you have lost some wieght. No worries. Have a great day and don't forget your WATER.:p
 
Well, I went to weigh in today and I am 208.4. I can't see how that is right cause I did the relay for life and been to curves and walking, but mabye it's taking a week to show up. I'm going out to dinner tonight at Logan's and am thinking I will order grilled shrimp. Has those little tubes of flavoring bothered anyone elses stomach? Think I've been drinking it too much.

Well, dinner was great, but I think I blew it. At least I tried. I ordered a size salad and that ended up having shredded cheese on it, but at least I got the oil and vinegar dressing. I ordered grilled shrimp ka-bobs with NO butter, and guess what it had on it. Butter. It was served over a bed of rice pilaf which had butter on it, and it wasnt even on the menu, I ordered a baked potato and it had butter on it and I ate half. I had one roll, which is good, cause they were delicious. When I reach my goal I have decided I am going to get a pedicure. Hubby and I went for a walk when we got home from eating, so at least I tried.
 
Yeah, rite? Now, I COULD HAVE put up a scene and sent it back, but I was starving! lol. I had saved up almost all of my points of the day for that meal. Owell, I will do a extra round at curves monday. Thanks for stopping by!

Today was my 4th day at curves and it was like I was new again, but I did it! I went to pay my cell bill all sweaty too, lol. I am doing better with water today.

Hey girl, thanks for visiting my diary. I was gone a long time, but I hope to not repeat it. I'm accepting your (probably unintentional) challenge to a race of sorts. I think a rule in our race should be "nothing unhealthy". We can push each other into the 100s (Hypo Hippo is sorta in on this one too, I've been chasing her toward 199 for a while also) but we have to do it right, with a healthy, balanced diet, and exercise. Hopefully I'm not entering the race behind you, but I may have had a little backsliding during these 2 weeks of craziness. Either way, maybe I'm chasing you, maybe you're chasing me, but we'll spur each other on 'til we're in the hundreds. Are you in the "heading for the 100s" club? I'm so scatterbrained I haven't checked. But if you are, I'll see you there too.

Well, it was unintentional, but I'll bite, lol. I don't do it unhealthy, just on WW with 23 pts a day, and curves 3 times a week, and WATER (had to get that one in, lol). I should take a vitamin, but forget. Well, lets see, I guess I need to put a sit up goal. After I figure how to do it.

P.S. I just checked the club "heading for and reaching the 100s" and you're not in it. I think you should join us, we're all setting a mini goal to get to (and below) 199. Some people are already there, but most of us are getting close. C'mon in!
