Hi bdm-
I didn't go to the gym actually today, I decided I'd give the blister some time to heal. So i took it really easy lol.
Breakfast this morning was cinnamon swirl high fiber oatmeal, and lunch was couscous with a cut up hot dog, a peach and a few pretzels with a 1/4th of a cup of fat free mango sorbet for dessert. I've kinda been munchy today, snacking on pretzels and kashi go lean crunch periodically. I usually snack a lot on the weekends. =/
Dinner will be a lean pocket or something similar, probably with a little couscous and an apple with a skinny cow sandwich for dessert.
I got special bandaids for the blister, "Ampoules" with the hope that I'd be able to run tomorrow. It's a small blister and it hasn't broken open yet so I'm really hoping that these bandaid cushion things will help protect it at the gym tomorrow.
