
So alas, my poor ticker is moving backwards, my butterfly is being a butt and moving backward to four pound gain, but BUT, I am walking today. I dont care how freaking cold it is. I will be walking at four pm in 15 degree weather with wind chills of 25mph... its gonna be cold. I plan to keep the hood over my hat, bundled up in a winter jacket and have warm socks on... mittens and wrap the scarf across my neck and in front of my mouth so I can breath in warm air. I hate walking in this weather, but I must. It is so important I get this in. and I am going to. Been eating too much and been eating at night. Seems like I was controlling myself during the day and not eating enough, I dont know, I am really trying to learn all about caloric intake, deficits and such. I plug in numbers to figure out which are the best activities with the biggest caloric deficits and walking seems to be good ...just a stroll brings you down 56 calories. I think I will be strolling through this weather, because if I really work my heart up, I am going to be sucking in cold weather, but the scarf will help, but this is getting to be dangerous weather, but it will only be like thirty miinutes total, meeting Derek at Walgreens.. I am doing this!! I am dedicated to my health and well being and if not this .. I am going to put a tank top on and sweat my butt off by dancing .. I know all aerobic steps.. you have no clue how many dvds I have done, thats why I dont do them. ... they are boring for me. and I am a good dancer and I know how to make my heart pounds even better than walking, with out Derek here I could probably work in an hour or so of dancing .. and they do have it listed on fitday.com
