Nats starting again!!!!!

Another pound down :) i'm feeling pretty good about it still. Had porridge today and a supermarket healthy meal thing for dinner. Had a few bits of chocolate but I was really craving it and stayed within calories so I should be ok. I don't eat a lot of chocolate but now and again I just need some lol.
 
I never excercised yesterday, had very good intentions and i sat down to watch scrubs on t.v. and woke up 3 hours later lol, then ended up just going to bed. But i've done half an hour today and i'll do another half hour after work, plus my work is pretty good excercise, a lot of walking about.

I've had porridge for breakfast, half a bowl of muesli and half a scone for lunch (My sister wanted to share and I was too tempted), 2 cadburys heroes and 3 plums. For dinner its a low calorie frozen meal, chicken and prawn piella :)
 
Finding it hard this week, not been doing awful, well not too good yesterday but monday and today were alrightish. But i'm just not as into it, i do feel a bit thinner round the waist and upper arms, hopefully i'm getting somewhere. I've bought a stunning dress for my christmas night out :D it looks pretty nice just now, so hopefully a little bit of toning and it'll look really good :D
 
:s somehow i've managed to gain nearly ten pounds this month :S :S :S mostly because I was on holiday from work and all the christmas food. I've got a wii for my christmas so i'm going to stick to my personal trainer thing, i really really need to do it this time or i'll end up hating myself :S
 
was 2 pounds down today, water weight probably still feels better, 153 was the heaviest i've ever been :S :S nearly eleven stone and i'm only 5'2 :S but down to 151 which was my previous heaviest weight. Hopefully i can get back down to 147 which is my normalish weight.
 
Been really good at sticking to my diet over the weekend and been excercising quite well too hopefully i can keep sticking to it :)
 
Was a good day today, I didn't get home till 2 o'clock cause i stayed at my bf's so i did'te eat breakfast, Had a slice of toast with coronation chicken for a late lunch. THen had a biscuit and 2 tangerines. Dinner wasn't amazing, oven cooked southern fried chicken and fried chips but i didn't eat too much and I hadn't had breakfast so hopefully calories are still alright. My arms are all sore caues I was dancing to the wii just dance game yesterday, didn't think it was much excercise till i woke up today lol. I'm going to do some workout then some wii dance soon!
 
I'm just finding this really easy just now, the weekends usually a probleme for me but hopefully I can stick to this over the weekend, i will be drinking though but i'll stick to diet coke and vodka, the best i can think of really :S

I had a square sausage for breakfast, because it was cooked for me, but I'm moving in with my brother and had a long day of tidying so that wasn't too bad lol. I didn't have lunch, just had a mini bag of buttons 75 cals, i know I should eat lunch but just didn't get time today. My sister made me dinner, a baked potato, cheese, coleslaw and loads of salad, was really good lol, my sisters a brilliant cook, and it was a massive plate of food and if my working out is right not all that many calories. I was really tempted to have a mince pie so I cut it in half and put half in the bin, I could never have done that before LOL.

I was a pound down this morning :D I think i'm in a good mindset because a pound down is still 3 pounds above my usual starting weight and normally I would just be depressed that I was still not 147 or less but now I'm feeling good about it because I know it won't be long till i'm properly losign and going below my usual weight :D
 
Still feeling really good, feeling good about sticking to this for the weekend too :D

I had a banana for breakfast today, a skinny vanilla latte with sugar free syrup, and 1 and ahalf mini ham and cheese toasties from starbucks for lunch, a low cal curry for dinner and half a mince pie, I think i'll throw the rest in the bin cause my mum doesn't like them and I dont want an excuse to eat them. When I came in from work my mum had left a wee bit of a low cal curry so I ate that cause I was starving, I'm still low enough calories so I should be fine. I even threw out half of what was left of the curry so I wouldn't eat it all :D I've never tried this throwing things out thing before lol, it really helps.

I'm going to do my half hour workout and half hour just dance on the wii, i've been doing that the last couple of days and finding it easy to stick to.

I'll be drinking in my friends house tomorrow, but I think if i eat really well all day and workout I should be ok, cause I'm taking my wii just dance up and we'll be doing that along with drinking lol.
 
Another pound down today :D at least i'm back in the 140's :D. Did my workout already todya and going to do the wii just dance at my friends house :) I also helped move all teh wood flooring to go in my new bedroom so I got some excercise from that. I had an activia yoghurt for breakfast, a wrap with cheese and coleslaw for lunch, a burger with spaghetti hoops and salad for dinner :p (not the best but there actuallyw as nothing else to eat lol) and half a mince pie.
 
I had a wee week where I didn't lose anything because I stayed with my sister but now I'm back on track :D I've moved in with my brother and it's brilliant, because I dont' even have to try to lose weight, there's no junk in the house to snack on so I'm just eating my meals and I feel like for the first time in ages the weight is falling off :D
 
I've lost 10 pounds since my highest weight :D :D round about a third of what I want to lose, lost 4 pounds this week, partly because of a killer hangover on saturday :p then not been well the last couple of days.

Feeling really good about myself :D it's brilliant!
 
Lost another pound today :D I know it's not water weight because I feel thinner than I did when I was this weight recently :D I think it was just taking a wee while to show on the scales or something.

I cant wait my works 'christmas nite' :p is on thurday (they never arranged one before christmas) so I'm getting to wear a nice wee short black and pink flowery dress with long sleeves and tiights and my wee figure looks good in it lol. And I've got a nite out on friday so I get to wear a nice sparkly dress :D and feel good ratehr than feeling fat for the first time in ages.
 
My weight seems to be staying the same I think it must be the drinking at the weekend :s but I've been working out and I feel more toned,and I've no nights out for the next three weeks so going to try and lose half a stone in that time.

Getting my hair cut on wed, scared I always wear my hair really long but im' goig just below shoulder length. Can't decide how blonde I want to be.
 
I've not updated for ages. Stayed about 145 for a while but now down to 142. I'm working full time plus 9 hours in my part time job and going to the gym so the weights just coming off really easy. My goal is a pound and a half a week and i've managed it two weeks in a row :d
 
I'm at 137 now :) it's coming off slowly but thats probably better.
I'm going to afew classes in the gym next week :D
 
:) i'm 136 not and i'm so excited, I tried on a skirt this morning that never used to go over my hips and now I can zip it up :d
 
I know i've never really had that before!

I'm 134 this morning :D :D :D I think 135 was my lightest ever before :D It's great working full time, it's so much easier.
