I'm just finding this really easy just now, the weekends usually a probleme for me but hopefully I can stick to this over the weekend, i will be drinking though but i'll stick to diet coke and vodka, the best i can think of really :S
I had a square sausage for breakfast, because it was cooked for me, but I'm moving in with my brother and had a long day of tidying so that wasn't too bad lol. I didn't have lunch, just had a mini bag of buttons 75 cals, i know I should eat lunch but just didn't get time today. My sister made me dinner, a baked potato, cheese, coleslaw and loads of salad, was really good lol, my sisters a brilliant cook, and it was a massive plate of food and if my working out is right not all that many calories. I was really tempted to have a mince pie so I cut it in half and put half in the bin, I could never have done that before LOL.
I was a pound down this morning

I think i'm in a good mindset because a pound down is still 3 pounds above my usual starting weight and normally I would just be depressed that I was still not 147 or less but now I'm feeling good about it because I know it won't be long till i'm properly losign and going below my usual weight
