Nats starting again!!!!!

I've put a wee bit of weight back on in the last couple of weeks :S about 140 again. The weather has been terrible here and i've just been snacking all the time but I've got an appointment in the gym on Tuesday to make a workout plan hopefully that'll help.
 
Just found my old diary, 3 years and one baby later and Im now 153 with a top weight of 160 :S I will get to 134 again though, this has just motivated me :) x
