so today I have had
three suger free jellos
one yogurt
one sandwhich, rye bread, turkey, provolone
provolone on the side ..bad me!!
and I tried to eat soup, but it tasted awful ..so I actually didn't do too bad, considering what I have been doing ..and I have eaten since twelve thirty .and it is almost five pm...so dinner is next ....so all is well .. I am waiting until I am hungry to eat ..which will probably be at dinner or right before ... and if I do get hungry before we have dinner .. I will have one suger free jellos .. not bad ...

well I am trying to drink water
but have watered down juice right now
and found out cinnamon doesn't lower your suger ..and I didnt think so.. I was so right not to eat the damn stuff!! lol it raises your suger ..but the marketing is trying to say it lowers your suger .. I never did understand why they claimed that ..it is suger pretty much!! lol good on me!!
So I have eaten one suger free jello before dinner and dinner will be in an hour and than I won't eat another thing ..after that ..

so I didnt do awesome, but I have been really bad guys, so I have done better than usual ... And I plan to cut down my portions tomorrow on everything ..and only have one slice of cheese on my sandwhich, because I dont want to touch that soup again lmao ..plus the rye bread gives me fiber, which I need and only two slices of Turkey on it ... and only eat it when I am hungry mid day for mt breakfast and in the morning I will have two eggs overeasy and one slice of ham ..eggs really fill me up ..

its all good
today has been a good day
and Peter is such a sweetie .. I think I have found a good guy!

I am going to think positive .. I gained one pound and four ozs since last Monday, but come next Monday lets home I am back down that one pound!!

Sometimes all it takes is the patience to just keep plugging away in whatever fashion we can (say I, whose only accomplishment today is not shoving cookies in my mouth). We'll get through all this, and sounds like your walk was a really good workout!

Glad to here yr back on with your plan, I also have binge 'issues' usually being tired and unorganised triggers it and then the phone comes out for the pizza place as in my town they're the only ones who deliver! And my hubster won't walk to the chinese and I was refusing to drive! A fun easter weekend was had by all!

We all stumble from time to time, but I think the trick is to just let it be a stumble and not let it break anything and keep it in context a few mins/hours blow out will not undo many weeks/years of work in one go!

:coolgleamA:Hello all! Well today was a morning!! I woke up at 6:30 am and began the process of getting up. Woke up, rested till seven thirty again, but finally was up, dressed and showered by eight am. Actually I weighed myself before all that around seven thirty am and I weighed 276.2!! So I lost that pound according to my scale! Which is so righteous. Thank you all for your kind words, they have gotten me through. I plan on doing a little dancing today, actually a lot! I plan to be up and jumping and pounding my heart to the beats of Jason Mraz, among other singers. But Jason Mraz is such a cutie!! whoot whoot! Time to get my groove on!:hurray::hurray:

Well I walked today for twenty minutes... not bad ..but I was faster and it was a harder route ..my upper thigh actually hurt...a part of my thigh that has never hurt ..so I targetted an area today, I might do it again!! lol

As far as Peter, things are going great, but he doesnt want me losing below 220 to 230 ..because when I lose to 230 I will look 200 and he wants me big lmao .. I think this is too funny ..he says he likes women with big bellies and big bums and big bodies lmao ..he is too cute ..he is really serious about this! lol He thinks I am perfect the way I am .. I have never had someone think I am so desirable lol

This is too cute I think, but I am still losing the weight, because I want a thinner stomach, but I looked so damn HOT at 250.. I am just so curious what I would look like twenty pounds less than that ..and I would be healthier ...

I want to be healthy ..but you can be a little bigger and healthy at the same time .. I don't mind not going below 200 .. I am all good .. I have an hour glass figure and I want bigger hips and junk in my trunk ..so I want to be a little bigger anyway ..so what he wants is all good with me ..but if I tell him I gained a pound he does a yea!! lol he is too funny .. I am not going to listen to his quams with me losing weight ..he does say he wants me happy ..so doesnt mind if I lose as much as I want ..but I want to just lose to 220 to 230 ... even 250 I am hot ..but I dont think thats a healthy weight .. I think my goal weights are healthy and as long as I start jogging ..keep walking ..and using the bench and use the free weights eventually I should do alright ...

but anyway .. I just found this hillarious and too cute! But he makes me feel so good about my body ..he says I am "hot!" lol
its odd, never had someone think I am hot ..but I do think I am hot, but I need to lose more to reign supreme in my mind for hottness lmao

I have met a real gentleman and a kind, nice, interesting, intelligent man. WE talk so much and such a variety things .. he loves reading ..for our first date we actually went into a book store ..I loved it ..a bf who loves reading as much as I do!! He is finishing his bachelors in September ..he has two years left and so do I and btw I am getting a car next Spring ... he says he cant wait until I can come down to see him, but I dont want to think that far ahead, but he says he wants us to be together next year and after that and after that ...the first couple times we talked ..he was like "wow you are a really supportive woman" and he told me "he wants to get married soon and that he has a good feeling about me" I think I have found a prince, but we will see ... but we have already planned April out ..hiking and beach and everything ..sounds good to me ... :hurray::hurray::hurray:

So I have been drinking more water and I have noticed I am getting more and more dehydrated, but I am not dehydrated when I drink my tea with juice in it ...that doesnt dehydrate ..me ... sometimes it does if I drink too much ..maybe I need a mix of drinks ..different kinds of beverages .. u know ... so .. I am cutting out the soda ..maybe drink once in a while .. I have been drinking Zero cola ..but I like it once in a while, like I wont have soda for three weeks or four weeks and than suddenly I want soda ..lol so I get zero cola ..I figure having a little is not going to kill me lol

my food intake has been really good today

two meals .....
only two slices of cheese in my sandwhich with one slice of turkey on whole wheat rye bread
two eggs for breakfast with three slices of ham and a dopple of potato ..
and than one suger free jello ..that is all I have had today ..

need to eat something sugery ..so I dont have a suger low at night and I have to get up and binge ..if I eat well during the day .. I wont binge at night, or not as bad ..
so I need to make sure I eat ..and not to skip meals and take in a little suger .. u know

Hello my dear! Soooo glad to hear about Peter showering you with compliments. It's what you deserve! And just remind your sweetie that you're striving to be healthy! Healthy so that you two can have a long happy relationship. :)

As to feeling more thirsty when you drink water - it might be because it doesn't stimulate your mouth to produce as much saliva as flavored drinks. Idea that might work - add some lemon. (I actually tell my patients to do this when they have dry mouth) Just enough to taste it. If you don't like lemon, any other citrus might do the trick, but lemon especially. Love water though!! It's so awesome for everything that goes on in your body. :)
 
If you take some of the zest off the citrus with a potato peeler put the strip in the bottle of water in the fridge, gets a nice hit to it!

I have tried lemon, but I think I may try and orange lol .. I dont know .. we have oranges in the fridge and I think the lemons went bad, but My mom came home with two huge oranges ..so I will try a slice of that in my drink...

Hey Everyone
So I dropped, by some fluke of nature, lol to 274.8!!, but I binged last night, so I am sure it will go back, but at least I am breaking the plateau..so if I keep walking and I cut down the binging .. I am sure I will be able to do this... I wanted to be this weight by May, what an odd feeling... April hasnt even come ..how very odd ..my goal is to definitely be this number by May or April ..and by June be 270 possibly..

What do you think?

I wonder if I can just use a slice ...hmm I used to use slices of lemon ..maybe I will see about the lemon rather that the orange .. I have two in the fridge ..but I am not sure if they are good

When I'm at home I use oranges in my water when we got them. Well, it's a cross between an orange and a lemon. But it's super yummy and makes my water taste good. Oh and when I make real homemaid lemonaid, I use lemons and an orange or two, I think it tastes better that way and allows me to cut back on the sugar that I'd normally put into it.

OH and I also use those Crystal light lemonade packets in my 20 oz bottle water that I take to work. The whole night I constantly fill up that water bottle, but 1x in the night I use that Crystal light packet. It gives me a change and yet it's low in calories. Plus, I'm not a soda drinker.

Anyway, I'm glad Peter loves you as the curvy girl you are! You should still go with you're goal weight, because if he really likes you he will like you at 220 or 175 if that's what you wanna be. He sounds like a great guy, and I'm happy for you! I'm glad to hear things are going good for you two! Your plans for April sound awesome! I'm jealous!

I have a cheese grader (grater? eh you know what I'm trying to spell) that has a zester on the side of it. I'd check your cheese grader if you have one to see if it too has a zester.

We grow cucs in the summer in our garden ..we grow hanging cucs and regular cucs ..the hanging cucs are really tiny ..that might be good for my water hmm..good thinking ..thanks hun

and I think I shall try and orange slice once and a lemon slice to see which one a prefer or to mix it up ..

but the ones in my fridge are bad, the lemons anyway ..so my mom is going to pick me up some lemons today ..looking forward to it ..because I get so dehydrated ... it sucks ..the more water I drink, the worse it is and I am trying to build up to a gallon of water a day ..because I read a gallon is good for you .. u know
