so today I have had
three suger free jellos
one yogurt
one sandwhich, rye bread, turkey, provolone
provolone on the side ..bad me!!
and I tried to eat soup, but it tasted awful ..so I actually didn't do too bad, considering what I have been doing ..and I have eaten since twelve thirty .and it is almost five pm...so dinner is next ....so all is well .. I am waiting until I am hungry to eat ..which will probably be at dinner or right before ... and if I do get hungry before we have dinner .. I will have one suger free jellos .. not bad ...
well I am trying to drink water
but have watered down juice right now
and found out cinnamon doesn't lower your suger ..and I didnt think so.. I was so right not to eat the damn stuff!! lol it raises your suger ..but the marketing is trying to say it lowers your suger .. I never did understand why they claimed that ..it is suger pretty much!! lol good on me!!
So I have eaten one suger free jello before dinner and dinner will be in an hour and than I won't eat another thing ..after that ..
so I didnt do awesome, but I have been really bad guys, so I have done better than usual ... And I plan to cut down my portions tomorrow on everything ..and only have one slice of cheese on my sandwhich, because I dont want to touch that soup again lmao ..plus the rye bread gives me fiber, which I need and only two slices of Turkey on it ... and only eat it when I am hungry mid day for mt breakfast and in the morning I will have two eggs overeasy and one slice of ham ..eggs really fill me up ..

today has been a good day
and Peter is such a sweetie .. I think I have found a good guy!

I am going to think positive .. I gained one pound and four ozs since last Monday, but come next Monday lets home I am back down that one pound!!
