My weight loss transformation (A work in progress)

Thanks Artmesia.

I went to the doctor's today, apparently the counslers there were there were only students, they no longer do therapy there.. :( So I only have one option now...

I go to a community center for therapy now, but it's well over 100 degree's now, and riding my bicycle 7-8 miles one way is a bit difficult now in that heat.

Today I went to the bus station to get a bus photo ID Card, and I Couldn't get one. Apparently they messed up. They printed over someone else's name, and some of it was whited out. They also didn't put in the photo ID number. So, I got to get another one. Took the bus there...i could because I had that paper with the doctor's signature. Now, I can't go anywhere without paying. Im disappointed I Couldn't get it. Going to call and see if they can set up transportation, but I think they only give out bus passes now.

Yeah, sorry, I do take medication for it. It doesn't do anything, or at least doesn't seem to help much.

Oh wow...just saw pictures of this guy who lost 95+ lbs and still has a six pack! Loose skin and all! This is really motivating for me. I want to lose more weight now! Heh...apparently my bodyfat isn't as low as I thought it was!

Wow!! You look amazing! I guess it just goes to show that massive amounts of hardwork can pay off and you just need to suck it up and do it. Very inspirational to me...Thanks.

AMAZING JOB, SPARKS!!

You are an incredible source of inspiration and such a strong person! You look so awesome! :D

Well friggin' done and be sure to continue to post more pics :D

Ultrasound fat % test

I got a body metrix ultrasound test done at the boot camp gym. I am at 23% body fat and my ideal body weight should be between 133 to 154 pounds. I am at 164 pounds currently and my aim is 143 pounds. It will be hard to lose 21 pounds but I will give my best

You can do it! 150's sounds about right.

I wonder what my body fat is accurately. I wonder if its good?

Those omron handheld devices are not very accurate I've heard.

Just came back looking in this thread for inspiration...its good to see the comments every now and then, helps me.

Here's a good (updated picture) at 157 lbs and 7% bodyfat (At least according to my omrom handheld BIA Device, I heard they can be pretty inaccurate though. I don't believe it.)

I wanted to show this picture to show the loose skin from the front. You can see it clearly on the abdomen and pecs...notice how the muscles show through the loose skin. It's odd, I don't quite understand how.

I really wish I had abs...going to make it happen!

Yeah, I hate it with a passion. Eventually...when I can afford it. I'm still too afraid to go to a plastic surgeon for a consultation because he may think it's fat ....

And Jessica, thank you!. Everytime I see the loose skin I cringe, it makes me feel comfortable when other people still think I look OK with it.

Yah, I know that you have to lose up to a certain amount before a doctor will consider you a candidate for the skin removal, & part of that is due to the amount of fat attached to the skin. Hm... I think you might get some positive feedback about it, tho.

Amazing transformation, your post is bookmarked. I'm at the start of a long journey, hopefully a successful one. It's so good to read the progress of someone who has done it. You look great!

Omg. You've done amazing work there!!! Dont lose your hope with the skin, it will get normal with time Im sure! And I think you look hot anyway ;)

Thank you Errika! It means alot to me. I really do appreciate everyone's comments. I tried to change my outer physical self to be liked by people, but they still don't notice. I did it for myself and other people....its frusterating, I just want a girlfriend, never had one, I'm 23, :sigh: Sorry for complaining so much, I just feel so depressed .

For anyone who is less than 150 lbs, about 5'7'', and a guy,(or a women too) (This post goes out to Fat Gamer, and everyone else) And , lost a massive amount of weight, at that weight, it is not fat but rather loose skin . Everyone is different, but under 150 is pretty thin for a guy at that height. Please do not mistake the loose skin for fat. I did, and it still effects me. I developed an eating disorder, always going on a diet, trying to lose more weight, telling myself "Just 1 more lb I'll be happy!", but its a vicious cycle. It's because of the loose skin, it makes it feel like fat. I have to constantly remind myself I'm not fat. It' s become obessive and developed into BDD (Body Dismoprhic Disorder), or imperfection in one self. Please don't let this happen to you. If you're struggling with an eating disorder, body image issues, please read this.

Fat Gamer mentioned in his blog about his belly. I have one too my friend. The reason I look ok in all the photos, and it hurts me to say this, I suck it in. I'm so embarassed by it, I feel I look terrible if don't. Here's 2 pictures, 1 not sucking it in, and one sucking it in. There's a big diffference between the two.
