Still tutti a loss is not a gain! Wow you hdve an even busier life than me!! I just cooked lunches and dinners for myself for the next four days. Maybe doing a load of cooking and freezing would be a good option.
I hate to go on and on about kettle bells but s kettlebell and a kettle bell DVD is the fastest way to get your workout done and get on with your life. I cent wait for mine yo arrive!!!

, yeh that is all I can do!! I was actually planning to go to a new class tonight, to try it out, but I'm SO wiped out and ended up only getting 4.5 hours sleep last night which has not helped the situation!! To cut a long story short I cant keep my eyes open and had to bail on my friend and tell her I intended to relax for an hour or two and have an early night instead. Pfft. Plus I cant even go to step this week as I have to work late on Thursday to attend an evening conference.
I finally weighed myself earlier in the week, and was relieved to see 188.0 on the scale (I had been 188.6 the last time I weighed!!)
the first half hour was cardio and had me panting and sweating, and the second half was the stretching I'd imagined but far more hardcore than I'd expected... the instructor loves repetition, and makes you do each move over and over until it hurts soooo much. By the time I'd got home and showered I could barely move!!
Aww well, we're all just made different I guess haha. Regarding the weight - after an especially strenuous workout you could be retaining a bit of water in your muscles, so hopefully (fingers crossed!) Sunday will be more agreeable! Keep up the effort! It will totally be worth it when those spare pads come off!
