MrVee, I was just thinking that I am approaching your starting weight! Can you stand still until I lose 110 lbs and catch up? Then maybe we can explore the Superstitions and look for the Lost Dutchman's claim.... or just go get a beer and some wings.

All is fine.... not great, not bad. I did NOT get my allotment of greens like I wanted yesterday. I ate OK, just didn't overload with veg like I planned. Instead I made a HUGE batch of falafel () from scratch (I freeze them after cooking, then reheat as needed) and ate SIX between lunch and dinner. OK, so maybe I overdid it. These are very healthy, but like anything, you still need to eat in moderation. I like them with plain greek yogurt and lettuce greens and sometimes hummus.
Weighed in at 378.6 pounds today, down a modest 0.2 lbs.
Bad news is my exercise bike is dying, I tore apart the front axle yesterday and found the issue, but don't have the parts to repair it. I may be able to get by temporarily, but will need a long-term solution pretty soon. I'd LOVE a rower, but it's not in the budget right now.
