This has been a crazy good week from a weight loss perspective -- 9.2 lbs lost in 7 days, including today's 0.6 lbs.
The down side is I strained a calf muscle trying to walk fast uphill, so it's been buggered for a couple of days. I can still ride my bike, but I can't start walking fast at the local track like I wanted. However, I did add some light weights workouts this week, as well as some abdominal (core) exercises with the help of my yoga trainer (my loving wife).
I need to refocus on my eating this week. I still ate OK, but strayed in tiny ways here and there.
