Awesome loss today. Down 2.0 pounds. No explanation for it other than I've been eating/drinking water/exercising everyday like a boss. Did a pseudo-HIIT exercise on my bike last night that lasted longer and pushed me harder than any I've done since starting. I felt AWESOME afterwards. Ate a bit light... maybe 1200-1400 cals? Here's what I ate:
B: 2 Egg Omelet w/ Mushrooms & Spinach (This is my day's biggest meal, anymore)
L: Kippered Snacks (smoked, salty fish) and a banana (I avoid salt, but drink VOLUMES of water to compensate)
S: 6oz Chobani Yogurt & 0.5C unsalted, raw almonds.
D: 1 Block (~2C) Cubed Tofu w/ shredded Daikon Root & Shoyu (It's a Japanese thing from my childhood)
I stopped eating by 7pm, I also had a few almonds throughout the day and drank about 4L of water.
So, my weight is now just under 421, down 36.2 pounds since 1/5/13.
