I am delighted, today marks 2 weeks since my challenge to myself to lose weight and get in shape. I have lost 13 Lbs without skipping a single meal and occasionally enjoying a little treat, for example my wife and I took my daughter to Pizza Hut at the weekend and we had a (healthy) picnic and a big family dinner party.
Things I have cut out altogether: Milk, Red Meat, Biscuits, Chocolate, Sugar, Alcohol (save for 1 whisky)
Things I eat more of: Vegetables, Bananas, Cereal (Special K), Chicken
Things I have cut down on: Bread, Cheese, Potatoes
And I exercise for 30-40 mins every day (just light cardio).
