Had to go to the doctor this morning for a complete physical and the "OFFICIAL" weigh in is 215.4.

Go Stacy! Go Stacy! Go Stacy! GO!And yes it does count for something to get on here and stay accountable! You are doing yourself (and us) a favor by writing everything down. This way you are not mindlessly eating, and if you end up doing it you know that you'll have to write that down too. Don't let not going to the gym stop you from getting a few exercises in. Walk in place for a couple minutes, or around your home. It doesn't sound like much, but it's better to keep your mind in "exercise mode" so that you don't feel like you have to start completely over. This always helps me to do that. If I haven't done any exercise by the end of the day then I at least get some crunches in before bed. I think it's more the psychological factor than anything! Anyway, you are still in this and that's what counts! I'm proud of you!!!!!
