Unfortunately yesterday I did mess up. I went to the cinema and bought quavers and a footlong hotdog (it was gorgeous!) but I had only has a bowl of cereal and a banana during the day. So I was happy with that........then my friend said "should we go to McDonalds on the way home?" And me having terrible self control agreed. I ended up having a medium chicken nugget meal with strawberry milkshake and a mcflurry. Haha! So yeah, well and truely messed up.
The good news is, i've done well today. So totally made up for it!

A bowl of cornflakes with semi skimmed milk
Half a banana
5 slices of chicken with cucumber and lettuce
2 large snack a jacks (only 38 cals each)
I've just finished my exercise. Wooohooo! And about to make my tea which will be a portion of cod with broccoli and carrots. Mmmmm! Yum yum

was so hard to do today. I had to talk myself into it, then when I finally got going I felt like I had no energy and was going to throw up at any minute. Lovely! Ha. Least its over with now
