Today hasn't been great.........I feel like i've eaten loads and i'm so bloated, but i'm not worried too much because the stuff i've eaten is low calories. I just haven't had regular meals (thanks uni!) thanks to my time table and day plan so just had to eat whenever I can. This is my list anyhow.....
3 large snack a jacks
3 Actimel yogurt pots
2 Bananas
1 packet of snack a jacks
2 packets of weight watchers biscuits (2 in a packet)
a corned beef salad (with lettuce and cucumber)
And that's that for the day. Hopefully tomorrow I can get back to my routine of breakfast, lunch and dinner

Glad to hear your noticing a difference now. I so wish I could do an exercise dvd but we're living in a flat (house it is really but we have the upstairs) and our landlord runs his buisness below us so I couldnt really be jumping around lol he would go mad... Cant even do it in the evenings because most nights hes there until 8-9 pm and after that I just cant be bothered lol
