My Journey to Beauty.

So yesterday I did lower body. did lighter weigts and such being first time back. then did 20 mins running (took a 5 min break in the middle) and 10 mins on the rower.
Today we are planning to do the spa ball class but from what I hear the new instructor is not very good so we will see.
I am hoping to lose the last 5 pounds to the half way mark by the end of March.

Sounds like you got some good exercise in yesterday!!! Just don't get sick any more and you can definitely reach the half-way point by the end of March!! :)

thank you. I totally could not beleive I had lost weight, I thought for sure I would have gained everything back!! then I would have been totally bummed and not want to keep going as much. but now that all my previous efforts have not been in vain I want to go back to the gym more.
 
my mom is doing good, but she has had neck problems for a couple weeks to so we have both had to ease off but her neck is getting better so she is easing back into it.
I ate a little much last night but overall I am eating much better. I have busy 2 weeks/weekends coming up with horse shows so I don't know how much I will get to the gym but I will at least try to eat good
 
Haven't gone to the gym again due to getting ready for the horse show and everything. Probably won't be able to get there till a couple weeks from now.
I haven't been eating great but not bad either. I either feel like really not eating (even when I should be) or I really FEEL like eating (when I shouldn't)

tell me about it...my cals are usually close to 1000 or close to 2000! until this week actually when i ma either forcing myself to eat or starving! the wonders of thebody!

Alright, I am back again. Me and my mom have finally started getting back to the gym. I have gained a couple pounds back but thankfully only a couple. We are doing a weight/measurement this week or the next to get the full picture. We are not going to go so insanely hard core tho. I think that's why we kinda stopped going. Yes the results are great when you go so hard core but it's very hard to keep up.
We were going 5-6 days a week usually for 1.5 to 2 hours! So now I am gonna try to go 3 times a week for about an hour each, then try to do a bit of cardio a couple other days during the week.
This I think will be much more manageable and sustainable then before, specially since I am fitting it in around work, and horse back riding (which takes me like 3 hours a day, 5-6 days a week)
 
Went to the gym monday and I am going again today. Eating fairly well tho I have had a couple bad things yet, gotta phase those out a bit more.
I am really focusing on my horse riding, with show season coming up, so finding time to work out is a little difficult but I am cramming it an so far it's working out.
 
So I worked out hard yesterday. forcing myself not to cheat on any of the weight exercises, then did interval work on the Arc machine for 20 mins. Should have done 10 mins on the stepper but didn't.
I was just exhausted when I got home. I did still go with my parents to the off leash dog park for a short walk but I really needed to ride my horse and didn't. I was nearly falling a sleep the entire evening. I really should get onto a good multi-vitamin, specially since I am not big on veggies or fruits.
 
Oh I wanted to add that we did our weights and measurements yesterday.
I had lost 1/2 an inch in my thighs compared to the last measurements we did (back in January) and my weight was 153 (in January I was 157) so I was still very happy to not have gone back up over the last weigh-in but I do believe that I had lost a little more weight in february (I was 151 of something) so I gained a few from then.
 
I thought that I should add a goal in here.
My short term goal is to lose 5 pounds in May (more would be great)and bring my weight down below 150.
May Mini Goal Weight: 148
 
Ate well yesterday, except for a pop type drink (didn't drink all of it). Rode my horse yesterday but no other exercise
 
So this weekend wasn't great for me. I was quite busy saturday, then went to the mall so I got bad food there. Didn't eat breakfast either. I rode my horse but no other exercise.
Sunday I had nothing to do so I ate out of boredom. I did take the dogs to the offleash park so I got in some walking but nothing other than that.
Monday I went to the gym and ate pretty good.
Today so far I have eaten ok and I hope to get to the gym for just a bit of cardio.
 
So I finally had a full day with out cheating on what I ate. Yay. I also went to the gym and did 40 mins of cardio. 10 mins stepper, 10 mins rower, and 20 mins treadmill. I am getting back to being excited and determined to get this weight off!
 
So yesterday I ate well and I went to the gym. I did full body weights, and 30 mins cardio. (20 mins Arc, 10 mins bike). I also went with my mom to the dog park for a walk with the dogs.
