So yesterday I did lower body. did lighter weigts and such being first time back. then did 20 mins running (took a 5 min break in the middle) and 10 mins on the rower.
Today we are planning to do the spa ball class but from what I hear the new instructor is not very good so we will see.
I am hoping to lose the last 5 pounds to the half way mark by the end of March.
Sounds like you got some good exercise in yesterday!!! Just don't get sick any more and you can definitely reach the half-way point by the end of March!!
