I am back to working out full time (can't do the classes as they don't start back up again till after new years). I was still working out over christmas but did have to miss a few days due to the gym being closed or family being over.
I am close to getting my eating back on track. The christmas goodies are nearly all gone and that will help greatly.

christmas is such a bad time especially with all the goodies lying around. i keep telling evryone to get them away from me so i don't take too many. hehe!

Today I did it. I ran for 40 mins straight, which I felt really good about. I am not a runner. A few months before summer I took up running to get ready for a course I was gonna take. Just before I went to the course I could run 30 mins straight, at a decent pace. THe course wasn't as hard as I thought it would be physically (plus I ate really bad!!). When I got home I did nothing for months till now (nearly 2 months now) I started to exercise but I didn't run.
It showed that I am getting fit and healthy.
I also tried on some of my clothes today that I really didn't wear anymore cause they were too tight and alot of them are fitting much better, yay, go me.
I also ate well today. Finally being able to stave off the cravings, and just eat good.
 
Today is Monday and my next weigh-in/measurements is Wednesday. I will see what kind of damage I did through the holidays.
I am also going to a New YEars eve party tonight so really will need to watch what I eat...come on will power.
I don't think I lost much but I am really hoping to have lost some (4 pounds maybe) we'll see.

I did a 2 hour work out at the gym today and so far I have eaten well.
 
Thanks, I am quite nervous. I really don't want to have gained but I can't tell that I have lost any more weight. we'll see.
 
THanks. Well I didn't completely ruin it new years eve. I did eat a little bit but thought I would eat more. Hopefully I will still be ok for the update
 
today is the day.
Yesterday I didn't do any exercise, too exhausted from staying up till 4:30 to celebrate new years. We also went out for supper but I ate less during the day to make up for the big meal so hopefully it won't make a difference for my weigh in today.

Well a disappointing weigh in today. I was really hoping to lose 4 pounds and didn't even come close.
I only lost 1 pound, Going from 158 to 157.
I did still lose 3 inches my stats now are

Upper Arm: 10.5 (down .5")
Chest: 36 (down 1.5")
Waist: 32 (down .5")
Abdomin: 35 (down .5")
Hips: 40.5 (no change)
Thigh: 24.5 (some how I gained .5")
Calf: 15 (I think that the last measurement, 16", was wrong and that I really just stayed the same here)

So that's 3 inches lost and .5 gained

well atleast I didn't gain over the holidays and I am back on track stronger than ever
 
well done! those are great stats! don't worry about the scales...worry about the inches. if their not coming off then theres a problem!

i know what you mean! since my last measure a week ago...it seems like i've put on cms on the bust and hips but lost from the waist. i'll compare after a month and then see if i need to change anything. as long as the inches are coming off it is all good!

Today I did a fully body work out. only had time for 10 mins cardio after that. rode my horse hard which got me nice and tired.
ate very well today so I am very much back on track and strong, yay

I got my first ever proffesional massage today. I hurt all over now!! But hopefully it will help my back in the long run. Seriously tho, it's feels like I fell off my horse, ow.
I did ride my horse so got some exercise in, probably about 25 mins
