Noticed that your ticker has moved. Awesome! 12.4 pounds lost is a huge accomplishment, considering that at one time it was always gaining a little weight at a time.
As for those breakfasts, I have noticed that I do lose weight faster when I eat something small for breakfast. It "turns on" the metabolism. For breakfast, I have cottage cheese and a few slices of sharp cheddar. Sometimes, I'll have some grilled chicken that I saved from the day before. That usually does the trick. You'd be surprised at the difference it makes.
I'm amazed- there are so many different kinds of diets out there on this forum. You're doing the cohen's, I'm doing the weight scale thing & zigzagging, others are plain exercising and exercising, others are on the Atkins diet, and whatever.. Yet, they're all successful if one stays dedicated to "the art" of the diet. Call yourself a Cohen Artist- "Cohenvette"!
