OLUX:: The feeling is amazing!!! I actually find out tomorrow how many pounds and ounces. I mean my black pants I do love them...So today I'm walking into work and there so lose my pants that they just fell all the way down to my ankles... I'm a happy camper today!!! I am so motivated and excited... You know I never thought this would really happen.. Were I could make a lifestyle out of eating healthy and really just drop pounds the way I'm suppose to...

So today was day 7 of my body bag sessions and all the effort I have been making is really starting to pay off..

Yeah I love going to the club!!! I am going to have to drink my rums and diets though in celebration of my weightloss.. there only 60 calories each so that's ok..

Woohooooooooooo!!! yeah my cousin stephanie the one with where they just found the tumor which I know is going to be benign has a competition tonight at the club. She's a professional salsa dancer so I get to have fun, party, be with my beautiful cousins and watch her kick ass and go for first!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I know it is kinda fun!!!!!!!!!!! You know me and Alta talk all day but about business, life,.. We hang out too almost every day.. She's one of my bestfriends. We yell we party like crazy we cry we do it all together... :party::cry::rofl::biggrinjester:

And weightloss has been a topic we've been on for like the last 10 years....:rofl::smilielol5::cuss::cry::sifone:

She's been on this weightloss forum for like a year now and I decided if we do everything else together and I have gained a substantial amount of weight then just do it............

Luxie!!!!!!!! We kept it chill.. We get crazy a lot of times but it was mostly a club with a salsa competition.. it was really nice.. alta amazed me she had only water it was really good of her.. I had a few rum and diets I did really though!!! should not have but I did and I enjoyed them...So are you all watching the superbowl tomorrow?? I'm going to a superbowl party!!! Tomorrow will be a real test to eat healthy.. Hey I should take my own food hah?? Cuz I'm sure it will only be junkfood
 
my day has been exciting so far and pretty healthy. I had my shake and a chicken breast.. and like 7 bottles of 160z water.. fuck I'm hella dehydrated from all those rums and cokes.. The good thing is that when I got home from the club crunk as hell I decided to do one hour on the elliptical..:drool5: don't ask me how I managed that one but I did... :party:

This morning my sons little friend Roman(Altas little brother) got dropped off to come have a play date with my son.. I love it when he comes they both get so entertained. So I decieded I needed a little bit of excersize right now.. and found nothing better to do then to take the two kids one on a bike the other on a scooter and my two dogs with no leashes on either of the 4 for a walk to the park....:svengo: we made it around the block.. no no park...:smilielol5: it was a mission!!! now

Were going ice skating for the day.. thank god my boyfriends coming with me... that will sure be a help.. I can't wait though to get some excersize in.......wooot!!! Woot!!!!!!!!! :party:
