I'm allowed 3 fruits a day.. I guess I am going to have to spread them differently or something. No I really like it, its just been tough you know.. So did you weigh in today or when ?? do you weigh in weekly??

hahahah...THAT IS SOOO FUNNY!!!Here is a trick that will stop the hungry monsters from invading your body...If you can do it do an exercise for 15-20 minutes that raises your body temp to the sweating point...It kills hunger....Whatever you do dont do an exercise like swimming that lowers your core temp...you will crawl out of that pool lookin for a pizza!

Hey Ivette! Gosh it was like 9pm when you started to get hungry- I'm the same way. I'm sure it's even harder since you're on a strict diet now but maybe just go to bed if you can. I know you have things to do but whenver I get hungry in the late evening, I'll just try and get the hell to bed.
Brawny - I totally didn't know when you lower your core body temp you get more hungry. I would say that "OH YA wow no wonder I'd always eat after swimming." But really, I always ate after ANYTHING. HAha. So tosay taht isn't very accurate.![]()

So I noticed that at this time tonight and last night I get extremely hungry.. Now that I am on such a schuedule of food and weight to eat.. I have ate all the allowable food already.. I don't know what to do.. I'm guzzling water like there is no tomorrow but I noticed this is becoming a problem.

Yay!!!!!!!!!I couldn't resist so I got on the scale to see how much I had lost on day 4 of the cohen diet.. and yes indeed 2 more pounds.. I have mest up a little you know 6 extra shrimp. 20 more grams of cauliflower.. but regardless it's also day 4 of no alcohol and I feel energized awesome my day wakes up better and goes to sleep with a head on. I have really had time to experience more within myself.. I noticed that last year I was running away and I couldn't find an exit. Now I'm truly on the path to find myself.. I am happy, motivated, and energetic. I'm very much at peace with the person I am today and look forward to whats' in store for me February here I come...:[arty:wooooooooooooohooooooooooo!!!!!!!
