I never put my weight up yesterday. I weighed in at 208.8lb in the morning. This morning I weighed in at 208.2lb. Almost in the 7's. Hopefully tomorrow! 
Today I'm really going to make an effort to count calories to see where I'm at. I do have a pretty healthy day planned. Starting with a chocolate (protein powder) drink with a berry salad (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry). Lunch will be a garden salad with chicken. Dinner will either be an egg or cheese sandwich. Snacks, I have some 4 cheese triscuit crackers and some chocolate teddy grahams. I know my snacking choices could use some more fine tuning, but I'm picking better options so I'm happy. Heck, I could be having candy or potato chips. I think I'm picking the better of two evils here.
I do find I need something crunchy throughout the day to keep myself happy. I also have plenty of water ready to go.
Should be doing the abs workout for the next couple of nights. Looking forward to it. Feels so good to be back on track!
