My off day/rest day after 5 days at the gym. Get to hang out and relax while getting ready for paintball tomorrow. If it wasnt so windy out I would of taken the motorcycle out for a ride today. Not spring weather yet but I dont mind braving some of the cold to get the fluids moving on the bike. Soon,...Soon though.

I was wondering what you guys thought about me going over the daily Fat? How bad is it to do this? Im not maxing my calories and carbs. I am wondering if anyone has any input. The stuff I have found online has told me to not really worry about it but I was just wondering if anyone here had any insight. Link to my stats for the day

Im hoping its ok that I do this, seeing as I only have one day, Saturdays where I dont do anything physical.
