My fresh start

Log splitting is hard work. Hope you wore a flannel shirt, because otherwise you just don't get the same effect.

Hey Anna Banana! Congrats on 9 kg...that's great! I'm sure your clothes are starting to show all that progress and you are right, slow but steady is the key! I just wanted to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed visiting your country...Akaroa, Dunedin, Tauranga, and then the sounds Dusty, Doubtful and Milford...wow...just stunningly beautiful!
You are doing great girl...keep up the good work! Logsplitter...wow...that is some work...with the amount of wood we saw in the ports of NZ, it doesn't surprise me you're doing woodsy things!
Keep up,

Sarah

Ugh I've been struggling again for a few days. Have been a bit lazy on the exercise front and not making good food choices! I hate how I feel like I have to start again, I can't just be complacent and trust myself to eat and exercise right! It's a reminder of why I'm overweight and how I got here. Some days are just tough, and sometimes you get a few of those days rolling up together.
Back to basics!
I'm going to set a goals for the week.
1 write in here everyday
2 log my food everyday
3 12000 steps every day
4 750 cal deficit everyday.

I also want to get some points on the mini challenge for the competition, so I'll need to check that out again.

Thanks to the peeps who come and post here. I'm definitely helped by the wlf community!

A day or two of backsliding is no real harm at all. I realize your concern is still having to be uber vigilant about your food intake but I guess that can be worked on too.

At some point 'doing better' should be considered enough of an accomplishment that failing to 'do perfect' should be fairly trivial.

Anna you can do it. It's good that you wrote down your goals so you can cross check every day to see how you doing. Be strong girl and push through.

Right. here I am

Goal 1 write in here- done!
Goal2 log my food - done!
Goal 3 12800 steps- done!
Goal 4 deficit 990 cals- done!

Just keep doing that and I'll get there!

Hey Anna - good work on goals done today - keep it up & U will beat me this week...?! .... One day at a time...and they will add up & then we can BOTh WIn this week... lol ;)
... Have a good day gal,

cheers, maryann

There you go. 4 for 4, a good day in any league.

Oh man, the baseball fever has got me so bad even my stupid metaphors are all baseball related...

Hey thanks everyone!

I'm almost up to 12000 steps today. I went for a dog walk this morning and then did level one of the shred DVD tonight after work. I've eaten well and logged my food and I'm at a decent deficit. So another good day!

I almost got to 12000 again. I had to cut my walk short, and I'm going to bed now so happy with being a thousand under.

I ate really well today, so achieved the deficit, and logged my food.

4/4 again!
