My fresh start

I used to keep a bowl of Cracklin Oat Bran at work to munch on. Still lots of calories, but they do some good. And they have the word "crack" in them because that's the expected addiction level.

I have some 'emergency' soup in my locker at work. I don't normally eat junk at work so I'm not too worried about yesterday. I just need to make sure I don't do the same today.

B muesli w pears and milk, coffee
L salmon sushi
S protein shake
D salad roast lamb mashed potato green beans yum

E 2 hours heavy gardening

The Fitbit pedometer sounds like an excellent motivator to increase activity - ... U will be at your goal before U know it...

& I am so jealous of your gardening gal...it is SOOO snowy here right now....a bit of sunshine & green plants/flowers would be so nice... enjoy it !

Hey all, I just had a couple of days away, and I did really well with heaps of walking and ate well, so I'm coming back refreshed and motivated to keep losing FAT!

I'llcheck in properly when I get home.

I got a cool pedometer for Xmas, and I really love it, it's been hugely motivational, and I think really helps me on days when I'm tired, cause I've worked out how sedentary I am those days. I've got a goal of 11000 steps a day, and will slowly increase my goal over time.

B muesli w peaches and milk, coffee
L samon and avocado sushi
S banana and orange, sculpt protein drink
D steak potato broccoli corn on the cob and mushrooms
3 roses chocolates

E 90 min of moving branches my hubby had pruned... Hard gardening!

B muesli w milk and peaches
S banana and orange
L 2 eggs 1 vogel's bread
S rice crackers w blue cheese
D steak stirfry w beans corn mushrooms rice

Exercise 50 min hill walk, 2 1/2 hours of mowing and moving branches

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a pedometer, so that you can accurately measure your distance. And _then_ it begins with a single step. If only Lao Tzu had a pedometer, he would not have made that mistake.

Seriously, my working from home (and not having a yard) also makes me naturally very sedentary and so I'm always looking for ways to add some normal movement and activity into my day to try and make up for that. Nice to have you back.

Hey Anna - I like that you are "Naturally" active - i m with MrVee on that - sitting home all day - and not having a garden makes a difference..
Great workouts!!

Thanks guys :)

I went for a 6km walk today, and I added some jogging! 5 x 1 min jogs, mostly to get my heart rate up, but also because I'd like to be able to jog properly.

B muesli w milk peaches and coffee
S banana
L sushi
S rice crackers and blue cheese
D rice fish steamed veges
