Awesome work on the glidder!! I bet it made the pizza worth it! It's so good to get rid of the guilty feeling by making it right! Keep up it and have an amazing weekend!
 
My weekend was ok. Nothing to brag about. I helped sale dinner plates all Sat. with my family to raise money for our family reunion. It was 95 degrees Sat. I was so hot and sweaty. Sunday, I went fishing with my hubby and the kids. We stayed out at the lake way to long and I was sick for the rest of the day. I think I stayed in the heat to long Sat and Sunday. I still feel sick now. My eating was ok as well. I didn't go over my points but my food choices weren't that good either. Sat I ate half of a whole wheat bagel with fat free cream cheese. I ate collard greens for lunch and I had a lite beer and 3 chicken tenders for dinner. Sunday I ate baked chips and a granola bar and yogurt while at the lake. I had a salad and bake chicken once I got home. My weigh-in is today.... I am a little scared. I don't know If I did as well as the week before. I hope I at least lost 1 pound. I plan on exercising before I go to my WW meeting. I can't exercise today at lunch because I left my clothes home. My meal plan for today is:
B-WW bagel with FF cream cheese (3pts)
S-Small Banana(1pt)
L-SmartOne (5pts)
S-Yogurt
D-Baked chicken and green salad with Reduced calorie FF Catalina dressing (7pts)
Exercise for 1 hour before my WW meeting
Uggggg my stomach hurts. Don't know why I feel so bad today.
 
I'm so, so, so happy! My WI went great yesterday. I lose 3lbs last week!!!!! I am so happy about that. It’s great to know that hard work does pay off. I am going to work just as hard this week. Seeing the numbers go down is the biggest motivation for me. Instead of going home and working out on my glider, I am going to go to the faculty gym and use the elliptical machine. By my next weigh in, I hope to be at my 5% goal. My next WI is not until June 7th because next Monday is a holiday.

I ate well yesterday. Dinner wasn't as planned but I improvised well. My son had his baseball banquet yesterday at a pizza restaurant. I had a salad with FF Italian dressing and 1 slice of pizza.
Here's my meal plan for today:
B-WW Bagel, FF cream cheese (3pts)
S-Apple(1pt)
L-SmartOne(5pts)
S-Yogart, popcorn (1pt)
D-chicken quesadilla and taco salad (7pts)
Exercise for 40 minutes.
Drink 64oz of water today
I hope everyone is having a great day. I am so excited and motivated to keep my weight loss going. it's always good to know that your weight loss plan is really working.

Thanks Mizzie! I didn't even know the receptionist was talking to me when she said you are down 3lbs. This has just motivated me so much more.

So yesterday I worked out at the gym. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical cross trainer. Oh My Goodness...... I forgot how hard that machine works you. I was so tired after 10 minutes that I wanted to get off. I even convinced myself to just get on the treadmill, but I stuck it out and burnt almost 500 calories. I was so sweaty when I finished that I had to wait 20 minutes before I changed clothes. I am prepared to go back to the gym today but my Hubby said he may need me to do something during my break. If I don't work out during lunch I am going to do it before dinner tonight.
I made chicken quesadillas last night. They were delicious. I got the recipe from WW etools. Only 6 points for my whole dinner. It was so good that I think I may eat it again tonight. I am going to attach a pic for everyone to see.
So my anniversary is Friday. My husband has something special planned. He asked me to take off work Friday but I couldn't so he said to make sure I'm off on Monday and I am. I am so excited to get some alone time with my Hubby. Sometimes we both get so preoccupied with other stuff that it feels like we haven't seen each other in days. Well, my meal plan or the day is:

Those Quesadias look really really good I am going to have to look for that recepi and give that a try! I love Mexicain food. I hope you enjoy yourself this weekend...My Anniversary is on Thursday but we celebrated last weekend!

We have been married 6 years. We have been together way longer (13 yrs) if you count childhood and highschool. I broke up with him right before college and married a crazy guy (and I really mean crazy). But we got back together and I'm so glad that God brought him back to me. I love him so much. I feel like we have been together all my life but I still get butterflies in my stomach when I look at him. It feels so good to be with my soul mate!
 
Recipe for my low fat Quesadillas:
Ingredients-
Grilled chicken breast (1cup 2pts)
One pack of taco mix (0pts)
Reduced fat or fat free cheddar and Mexican cheese (1/2 cup 2pts)
Onions (scallions) (0pts)
Whole Wheat tortillas (1pt each)
Lettuce (0pts)
Tomatoes (0pts)
Fat free or lite sour cream (1pt 2-3 tbsp)
Salsa (0pts)
You can also add chopped peppers for (0pts)
I used a spray veg olive oil (5 sprays 0pts)
Prepare-
Grill or broil chicken, shred chicken and put in a skillet. Add one pack of taco mix (if you’re making 4-6 servings) add water and stir and simmer until cooked
Brown tortillas (front and back for extra crisp)
Lay browned tortilla in plan spread a layer of cheese then chicken then cheese. Lay the next brown tortilla on top. Let cook until cheese begins to melt then flip it over.
That's it. It is so simple. I made it a again last night at my family’s request. I hope this helps someone. I found it on the WW website.
 
I am very happy for you that you found your soulmate! I am gonna try those quesadias ( I really can't spell) next week! I am so hungry right now lol I wish I could make them for lunch!
 
Holy Cow 3 lbs! That's awesome!! You are kicking some serious butt! I love how it keeps you going even harder instead of induling in sweets and chocolate like myself, lol! Today's going pretty good. I felt so bad this morning. It reminded me of how I feel when I'm preggo (Uggg, I was sick with all 3 of my pregnancies). So I was too sick to eat breakfast. I took a nausea pill and now I feel a lot better. I'm not sure if I'm gonna get in any exercise. I had to go pay bills during my lunch break and after I get off work I am going to my best friends son's baseball game (it's out of town) but I will figure something out. I promised my self I wouldn't go a day with out working out unless I am sick. I am going to keep my promise!!!! Here's my meal plan for today
B-nothing (not good)
S-Apple (1pt)
L-ham sub (subway), light mayo, wheat bread (5pts)
S- cake (2pts, ugggg, I should have ate this)
S- Popcorn (0pts)
D- I am supposed to go out to eat with my BFF after her son’s game. I went to the restaurants website and looked up the menu. I am planning to have a house salad with FF Italian dressing. I know I am going to eat at least one roll., which would be fine bc 1 roll is (2pts) but there rolls are so good I have make sure I control my self
