Hey there! Dang, almost a 4lb loss... I haven't seen a number like that in a while. Jeaaalous! Hope your Friday was a good one, same with the weekend to come :)

Jesssss!!!!!! How are you? I missed you. It's so great to here from you. I worked very, VERY hard for that 4lb loss. I hope I can do it again but that means I have to do perfect through the weekend which is very tough for me.
 
Hey all. I had weigh in yesterday and I loss 1.2lbs. I was pretty happy with that because I had a horrible weekend (with eating). I worked so hard last week just to mess everything up on the weekend. I have to figure out how to stay on track on the weekends. I eat like one meal then just snack the day away.
Emotionally, I'm having some issues. They're not really weight related but I am dealing with a little bit of depression. My funds are running soooo low. I get paid next week but after figuring up my bills, mine and my husbands pay check just dont cover everything. I really want to get a part time job but my husband won't even discuss it. He says it's not fair to the children for me to be gone all day and night, and to some point, that is true but if we dont do something soon we are going to start losing things. Uuuugggggg, Stress, STRESS, STRESS!!!!!! At least working out helps me to blow off steam.

I am proud of my self and I plan to continue on this good path. I really need to go the grocery store tonigh so I can have a good weekend. I am so motivated right now. I feel like my goal is right around the corner. Now I know it's not next door (I still have 38lbs to loss) but I just feel like I can do what I'm doing forever. I think that's the great thing about WW, their teaching me how to change my life style. I knew alot of things b4 WW but they just helped me put it all together. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I will be on vacation for a week so I will get caught back up after July 4th.

Have a great healthy vacation!! You are doing so great and I love your dedication! You will totally reach your goal! Sorry to hear about the finances - that can be very stressful! Good to see you aren't eating to comfort the stress - you are on a roll!! I understand the frustration with throwing away all the hard work with the weekend but sometimes they are so fun it's worth it! Keep it up and I look forward to your post after your holidays!! Hope the positivity is still there!!
 
I'm baaacckkkk!!!! I really enjoyed my time off. I got a chance to clean my entire house and clean out my storage house. I went to the gym twice but I made up for the time I didn't go with cleaning and playing with the kids. My vacation was great Sarasota was soooo nice. They have the best beaches in the USA. I didn't want to leave.

Well that's the good part. I got strep throat when I got back. Probably had it before I left. It was a pretty bad case. I had to take a whole week off work. I felt like I had the flu. My body still hurts so much now. I have still had an appetite even with a fever for 3 days.

I didn't get off track to much. I did stop tracking points for the last week. I am sure I will pay for that. Today is weigh-in day with WW. I sort of wish I could just skip weighing this week. TOM is here and I'm sure that will make my weight go up.

Sounds like you had a great holiday! Darn it has to end eh. Back to tracking and staying on plan! Sounds like you didn't do too much damage so I'm sure you won't notice much difference on the scale. Glad to have you back! Keep it up!

It's great to be back. Now I just have to get back into my grove and get this weight to fall off, LOL!
 
It's Mondayyyy! I feel pretty good today. It's also weigh in day for me at WW. I haven't been to a meeting in 2 weeks. I hate to miss meetings. I feel like I'm missing valuable information when I'm not there. I started back exercising today as well. Oh wait... did i tell you guys I was sick. I think I might have mentioned it before. I had the worst case of strep throat. It literally felt like I had the flu. I had high fevers and my body ached all over. I could barely move my limbs for about 5 days. It took two antibiotic shots and a Z-pack to get rid of it.
Well any who... I am back and motivated and ready to work. I have new goals and I will list them below. I will also list my eating plan for today.

My first new goal is to reach the 170's by 08/20/10- I currently weigh 187 so that gives me 4 weeks to lose 8lbs.
160's by 09/30/10 that gives me 5 weeks to lose 10lbs.
150's by 11/15/10 that gives me 5 1/2 to lose 10lbs.
I think this is very reasonable.

Meal plan for today:
B-Whole Wheat bagel thin (my new love) 2pts
1 tbsp FF Cream Cheese .5
L-Select Harvest Soup -4pts
S-Grapes and Plums-2pts
D- Baked chicken breast, small green salad, and mixed veggies. FF Catalina dressing 7pt
Total of 15.5pts
24 point limit
I will eat all my points today. I may add in a snack after work or some reduced fat sugarfree ice cream after dinner.
I worked out on the cross-trainer for 30 mins and received 5 Activity points but I try to never eat my AP. I hope every one is doing well. I can't wait to read everyones diary.

Bagel thins, are they like the sandwich thin things?? Cuz THOSE are some of my new faves, looovvve them for sandwiches, burgers, mini pizzas, etc. And so much better than regular bread :)

Glad ya felt good today! Mondays are USUALLY the low point for me lol. Hope your ww weigh in was terrific !

Jess bagel thins are made by Natures Own. They are great!!! I absolutely love them.
My weigh in went great. I lose .6lbs. I know thats not alot at all, but I was off plan for about 2 1/2 weeks so I would have been happy with just staying the same.

Hey Jay!!! I know that 8lbs in 4 weeks maybe pushing it a little but the idea of it makes me work harder. Im glad I have someone my size to lose with.

Hey Lisa, My weigh in went well this week. I loss .6lbs but I'm happy with that. I am very motivated so I'm trying my best to make the most of all this extra energy. I hope you're having a great week.
 
Awesome weight loss goals. Doable, but hard enough to make you work for it. Sorry to hear you were so sick, but glad you are feeling better!
