My weigh-in went well yesterday. I lose 2lbs. I hope I can keep my weekly lose at 2 or more pounds a week. I also learned some more helpful tips in my meeting yesterday.
I am soooo sleepy. I can barely keep my eyes open at work today. I had a migraine last night and the meds I take seem to take about 2 day to wear off. I can't drink coffee so I had some warm apple juice but thats not working for me today. I just want to close my office door and go to sleep. Well, my meal plan for today is:
B-WW bagal, FF cream cheese (3pts)
S-reduced calorie granola bar (1pt)
L-SmartOne, mixed fruit (7pts)
S-popcorn (0pts)
D Lean meat and green salad (7pts)
Total of 18pts so I may add some baked lays potato chips for an afternoon snack.

. I'm so drained this morning. I brought alot of healthy snacks so I won't try to eat bad stuff to keep myself awake. My meal plan for today is:
