Yesterday's things:
Weight: 97.4
Food:
2 coffees w/ cream
Greek yoghurt
tuna, feta and tomato, w/ ranch dressing
mince cooked with spices, and topped with lemon zest, mint and yoghurt
1100 cals, 20 carbs
Steps: 18,038
I have lost 5 kilos (11 pounds) in two weeks! Very pleased with myself indeed. Now to keep it up for the rest of my life...

I actually aim for 14/1500 cals per day, but most days I am flat out getting the cals that I do. I guess it's that by eating high fat and low carb that I just feel no need to overeat. It's only when I eat sugary stuff that I crave more. And more. And more.
