Alicia, I am really hoping to go for a bike ride myself soon, but it has been raining since I finished work.

However, it has cooled it down a lot, so once I have finished on here, as long as it isn't hammering down I am going to get on my bike, even if I only do my short ride.
Scarlett, you'd better believe I put it together myself

I really enjoy it ... I put together all the IKEA furniture that we buy, which is basically everything except our sofa. You can't wait for hubby to get off the sofa

or I'd still be sleeping on the floor

Crunchie, thanks for the advice. I have never had very heavy, crampy periods, and everything was fine when I had my ultrasound 8 months ago, but I still think that I will see what happens next month. If nothing happens I will go and get checked out.
Food for today has been good.
Breakfast: porridge
Lunch: 1 salmon fillet, 125g micro rice
Snacks: 2 slices havarti cheese
Total cals so far 1015. And I don't even feel that hungry. I will probably have porridge and some stir fried veggies for my dinner, and I am hoping to stay between 1500 and 1700 cals today. I'm feeling really positive today, must be because my little 'friend' has left, and I'm feeling a lot more chilled
