Big step up from running 2miles a day, don't you think?
It isn't until next spring...April 16th 2007...

it's tough to qualify for it.. but if you can - fantastic.. there's always the new york marathon... that's like a party and no qualifying necessary.. besides new york is sooo much better than boston.. :D or the marine corp marathon in dc.. another fun event.. :D

I had some scrambeled egg, banana bread, whole wheat toast with little cream chease, and some pear pieces. Went back and hung out at my friend's apartments and they didn't wake up until 12:30...meaning that equals a price is right and half a sportscenter...Went to my Criminal Justice class and then to my Detective Fiction class and then went food shopping...

Bought a few of those healthy "tv" dinners, lean cuisine and another brand, some pregrilled chicken strips, whole wheat tortila, fat free blue cheese dressing, and that its...

Had the ravioli dinner today it was I think 250 calories, but it tasted really good, especially to have "real" food too...

I wanted to take a power nap today as I always do, but woke up at 10 and missed Lost, and I'd wake up the parents upstairs going on the tredmill....

So thats 2 days I have not worked out. Ouch...I blame it on the lack of motivation I'm getting around here (not including pequin and pinkdolly)

Legs felt a little better, but they still ache when I walk around campus. I don't think its from the running I'm doing at home I think it still might be the ankle trying to heal itself and me pushing too hard...But its not a pain as much as it is an ache.

I need to get back on the fucking bull tomorrow...

Breakfast:
Side portion of scrambeled eggs
Small piece of banana bread
2 Whole wheat toast slices with little cream cheese
Some pear pieces, I think they were that canned shit...

Early Dinner:
(250 calories)

Was the dinner a bad choice? It says it was 5pts on the WW scale...
as I don't know shit about the weight watchers scale how many points should one have per day?

the WW points will range depending on your weight & height. That was an excelent choice for supper, but do watch the sodium on those tv dinners. They can be hella high.

Don't beat yourself up - I think you're doing very well. Both the diet and the exercise. There's nothing wrong with taking a break from activity. You can't push your body fartheren than it says to and right now it's telling you to lay of the exercise for a bit. Listening to it is the best thing you can do. How did you hurt your ankle?

And I noticed the two names in the title of your journal - what's up with that?

Sexy new av by the way. ;)

What is sodium exactly? I notice that that's the only thing in diet sodas, and is especially high in fast foods...

I hurt my ankle playing soccer, I rolled it, it swelled and then was all fucked up refer to:

and again with the eye raping...

You know you like it! ;)

Sodium is the salt content. It can make you retain water and weigh heavier. Plus it's not so great for the heart. I think the average daily range is around 2300 grams or lower. Shouldn't be too much of problem, usually just pee it out normally.. unless you're not drinking enough water or have extremely high amounts in your diet. No biggy - just be careful with it.

That is one fucked up narly looking ankle!!! Jesus Christ I bet that hurt!!!

Hiya cutie pie! How's your day going so far? Legs/ankle/shin feeling better? Maybe a couple of Advil will help? Have a great day!!!

Day: 8
Weight: 199.5 lbs

MMkkkkk...Woke up around 8:15am. Made breakfast, rushed out the door for school. Had a 9:30am class. Had lunch at 11:00am then went to my 12:30 and had an eye appointment at 3:00pm...I can finally see now...Hated walking on campus and someone I knew was approaching me or trying to make eye contact and I'd just look past them cuz they looked like a blur. I've had contact before but thought I needed a prescription or atleast an appointment to check up on thangs....Got home around 4pm and made myself a dinner. After, ofcourse, I had to take a nap. Woke up around 7:30pm and was determined to work out today. The leg pains weren't that bad but I was weaker today, I couldn't keep up a consistant pace of running so today was a huge mixture of running/walking but I got 2 miles down in about 25 minutes. I sooo need to build some stamina. Hit the ground did like 80 situps on that rolling type machine.. Then hit the real gym and did some benchpress and curls...New pics...maybe later tonight...

Breakfast:
Bowl of Kashi cereal with Smart Choice Milk with a cut up banana

Lunch:
Turkey, cheese, mustard on whole wheat bread.
Salad with little caesar dressing

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine meal that had some grilled chicken strips,
pasta, cheddar sauce and a side of brocoli and other misc vegetables
(no more than 290 calories 70 from fat, but I burnt them all on the tred)

Post workout meal:
Protein Shake 210 calories...50grams of protein)

Yes being about to see is a very good thing! Yay for seeing!! lol... Looks like a good day - you rocked the gym. Woohoo! You'll be sportin' a sexy six pack in no time!! And congrats on the 2 miles, you stomped my time. (20 minutes per mile)

Can't wait to see more pics!! :D:D

Day: 9

Ok, I'm writing this the day after but none the less I want to include an entry everyday. Today I woke up and had a class at 9am, after that I went and had breakfast. After breakfast I continued with my day and had lunch around 1pm didn't eat again until I got home at around 7pm, I had one of those ravioli meals again that I mentioned earlier by Lean Cuisine. I then took a nap and woke up around 2am and just hung out for a while. I had to eat again so I made a small meal. And from what I read it's not bad to eat at night/before you go to bed as long as you don't binge eat or eat something packed with calories that you wouldn't eat during a normal meal...

Breakfast:
Side of scrambeled egg
2 French Toast Sticks with little syrup
a bite size muffin
yogurt with granola
2 slices of whole wheat with peanut butter

(This was actually a pretty hard breakfast for me to eat because I was so hungry and just wanted something in my body at the time, they were all small portions.)

Lunch:
Veggie Wrap
(I meant to order a grilled chicken veggie wrap instead I got a wrap with all veggies, I'm not too hardcore with vegetables so thus I could only eat half of it, but It still filled me up)

Dinner:
Lean Cuisine Ravioli (290 calories)

No workout today

Midnight snack:
Chicken wrap with sourcreme and cheese
(all fat free and lite on fat products, the sour cream is 35calories for 2tbl spoons and the cheese is one slice and is that tofu cheese with 35 calories, chicken strip was 90calories for every 2...So I do not feel bad about this snack)
