Day: 10
Weight: 198

Weighed myself when I woke up and after going ot the bathroom. Before I was just barely behind the 200 on the scale, but now you clean see the space between the red meter and the 200 line. So that made me feel good and motivated to work out. I woke up late today so I decided to hit the gym in my basement early. I ran 2 miles in like 24 minutes. Did about 100 situps. Then worked bi's and did some benchpress for a bit. Had a shake afterwards...

Post workout meal:
Protein Shake (210)

Meal for later tonight:
Probably another grilled chicken wrap

AND MORE WATERR! HOLLAR
 
Day:11

Last post on this forum for me. Heres the deal for today. Woke up late had a Lean Cusine chicken/pasta/vegetable meal. 2hrs later I began running. Ran 2 miles. Hit the shower. 2hrs later had another meal as I was so hungry. Now I'm here about to go to bed.

Late Lunch:
Lean Cuisne meal (grilled chicken, pasta, green beans)

Dinner:
Chicken Wrap
Oatmeal

Water throughout the day.

And yes, this is my last post here. No point in posting here as its not getting any attention anyways except for two people whom have been consistently keeping up with this diary, so I thank them for encouragement. If you want to keep up with my progress the blog link is in my first post.

Day 18
Weight: 191.5


Have been lazy/tired lately, havent' worked out in the past 3 days. Had a soccer game last night. napped mostly throughout the day. My sleeping pattern is fucking awful and I can't control it, depressed about school (one class in particular) Lost a few pounds lately. Had breakfast and a dinner today. I feel lighter, look a little lighter, but I don't look drastically skinnier. I just need to keep going. I avoided alcohol twice this weekend and that was kinda huge for me. As long as I can resist alcohol and junk I'm going to be alright. I'm almost under 190...I felt great when I got under 200, just seeing that red meter go behind that bolded 200 line was great.

Now I'll see the same thing happen with the 190. Should be a good few more days. Hoping to have time to run tomorrow. Took a few pictures of the scale going to a little over 190. Was kind of happy with that. I don't really have urges anymore to eat. I just know that I got to eat healthy. Eliminating junk from your diet is a huge thing to losing weight. It's been 18 days and I've lost about 15lbs. My parents are both fat and they eat the healthiest junk, but I think they over eat and don't limit themselves when they should. Ran out of chicken strips today, probably going to eat out tomorrow at some place my friend is taking me. They make good chicken wraps I hear, i'll probly have that with a salad. It's almost 4am, I got to wake up at 8:15am to get breakfast ready and head out for class. I got a busy day tomorrow.

Thats it for now, sorry for the lack of updates...

Breakfast:
3 French toast stix (light syrup)
banana bread
scrambeled egg
piece of ham
little yogurt

Late dinner:
2 rolled up pancakes
a yogurt
 
I totally hear you on the sleeping!! I have three jobs(wanna hear something ironic?? One is at GNC, another is at 24 Hour Fitness, lol) sooooo I pretty much have the most messed up sleep schedule EVER. I've been doing this crap for two and a half years, and the only thing I got for ya- try to stay away from to much sugar- I've noticed that when I eat to much sugar with to little sleep, I just get more tired thru the day.. Bleh. Not fun... And get your butt back into workin out!! A day off for sleep here and there isn't so bad.. but trust me- I'm getting back into my workouts after an almost 3 month "sabatical" and uh, its not soooo fun :rolleyes: keep goin, you got this shiznik!
