moneyshot/brunstar diary!! SUPPORT MEEE!!!!

Day:4
Weight: 199lbs

Weekends suck for me, they destroy my sleeping habbits...Especially when you have an xbox 360 and a nice basement for your own conveinence... Its not like I spend my life in here but I just stay up to ridiculous hours of the night and wake up at crazy times...(I blame the lack of windows)...Woke up at 4:30pm yea, I just kept right on sleeping. Had to eat right when I woke up and then was fine for the day. Decided not to work out as in walk/run or lift today because I had a soccer game at 10pm tonight for my intramural team at Merrimack. Before leaving the house I had to make a small meal, this was about 7:30pm. Went to the game. We won. I scored. Got home, showered, and had to eat something I was sooooo hungry. Ate a mccantosh apple.

Note to self: DRINK MORE FUCKING WATER!!

VERY Late Breakfast:
Bowl of Kashi cereal with Smart Choice Milk with a cut up banana
Late Dinner:
2 slices of whole wheat bread with cottatge cheese. and a light/fit yogurt

Midnight snack:
Mccantosh Apple

My cardio for today was the soccer game I played in.
Did a nekkid weigh in today top of the morning, 199 solid.

Hey moneyshot...

I know how it is on the weekends, I slept in too late too, about 1pm, GRR. Anyway, looks like you're going down in weight, congrats!!!

Water can be hard to drink all the time. I find that take a bottle of water wherever I go helps bunches, and whenever you think about it take a swig of water.

looks like the weight took a mini-dive - congrats! neked = good..lol and congrats on scoring and winning your game!

I was terrible with water too. I found a giant water bottle with oz. marking on the side. Holds about 40oz. I just make sure I drink 3 of them every day.. except today  Weekends are hell on wheels for me too. I can't imagine not having windows in my room. I'd probably sleep until 4 too!

Only one nag - need to get those calories up! Especially if your active. Must have fuel to keep you going! It may help to get your resting metebolic rate (Discovery Health :: Calculators :: Basal Metabolic Rate) then drop that number by about 500 calories. It was the advice I was given and it seems to be working pretty well.

Hello and welcome..... Pequin's right about the treasure trail ;). Can't wait to see your progress...how old are you and where are you from?

Day:5
Weight: 199lbs

Woke up at 9:30am today and I had gone to bed so hungry last night 3am because I had to do ridiculous amounts of reading for a paper I had to write this morning before class. Woke up and did not even think twice about giving myself a big breakfast. I then worked on my paper and got to school around noon and had lunch there. Went to my classes and got home around 4pm, took a nap at 5pm, woke up at 8pm ran 2miles (1.75 running, .25 walking) / lifted (biceps and some benchpress). I felt very tired afterwards obviously do to the lack of food in my body and probably lack of water as well. I had a protein shake after my workout. I plan to go to bed early tonight so no more meals.

Note to self: DRINK MORE FUCKING WATER!!

Breakfast:
Bowl of Kashi cereal with Smart Choice Milk with a cut up banana
2 slices of whole wheat bread with cottatge cheese.

Lunch:
Turkey, cheese, mustard on whole wheat bread.
Small salad with little caesar dressing

No Dinner

Post workout:
Protein Shake (210 calories)

wow and I thought I had sleeping problems!

I won't have to wake up until 8:30...7hrs is plenty of sleep for me...

Like I said my sleeping habits are very unique...but I can live off 4hrs of sleep and i just crash when I get home, but as long as I get the exercise in I'm happy....

Also rumor has it your's truely maybe signing up for the Boston Marathon...
Big step up from running 2miles a day, don't you think?
It isn't until next spring...April 16th 2007...

26 mile race, and to qualify I have to run a practice race of 26 miles in 3hrs and 10 minutes, meaning 7.3minutes a mile...
pretty impossible, but who knows...If I am light on my feet soon I could probably do it...

Wow!! That is fantastic! I huge step up from 2 miles a day but soo worth the extra work.

I bet you will do it. April is plenty of time to get into top physical condition.
