Hey everyone.. hope the holidays are doing you all well.

I'm doing good.. kinda losing my voice but and have a runny nose but other then that and tom being around i'm good. Hubby's at school right now and doing well in that.. so I am glad about that. Emotionally things have been great and we are really getting close and he's not shutting me out like he used to do. which is nice and very relieving... Its weird.. cause before when i was sick he was like ok whatever but today i felt like shit and was so sleepy that he told me to go rest and he took our son and watched him so i could sleep from 12:30-3pm when i woke up and realized they still weren't home. It felt good to have some help but so weird cause i'm used to always being the only one to take care of our son whether i'm sick or not.. haha

So yesterday we went to disneyland and I think I actually did pretty well as far as eating while outside of the house where i can't control how the food is prepared let alone cooked.

breakfast: orange juice and sausage buiscuit sandwich with hashbrown (mcd's) yeah i know bad.. lol

Lunch/dinner: Grilled Chicken salad and powerade

Snack: cookie.. and water

tons of walking... like 20 miles..

complaints.. being on tom and bleeding through your pants is not very fun when your in disneyland and didn't bring a change of clothes.. yikes.. :ack2:

Ok today's

Breakfast: nothing cause i was so tired

Lunch: turkey sandwich and a few chips

Dinner: pork chops and brown rice and veggies.. yummy...

exercise: 30 minutes st training.. since i am off on the days i listed for exercise since i didn't factor in disneyland yesterday.. lol ok well thats my day so far and yesterday too..

Sorry about hubby spending time with friends over family grrrr I feel ya there maybe he has been gone so long he misses that part to BUT family freaking 1st!!!Your a sweetheart and no hurry on x-mas card:grouphug: congrats on sticking to your plan and staying ontrack I have been on the BAD track for the time being BUT trying to keep up with my exersicing.Have a GR8 weekend**TAMMY**

Wow, can I relate to DH not spending adequate time with the fam! The mistress in this house is named WORLD OF WARCRACK on the computer, and I hate it. But I digress...

Way to commit to keeping up with your weight loss by telling the doc you'd lose by Feb! I am basically maintaining at this point, and I guess will continue to do so over Christmas, but expect to begin losing again IMMEDIATELY THEREAFTER. It's a good thing I have been exercising like a freak, otherwise I may have actually gained? I dunno. I suspect the only way I will start losing again is to actually (OOOOH I HATE THIS...) write*it*all*down!!! ARRGH! Why do I hate it so? Obviously that is how I lose the weight, keeping close track of what/how much I eat. I think I have perhaps not been actually eating enough lately. Is that possible?

Anyway, so glad you all had fun at Disneyland! Wow, I'd love to take my kids there, but it's a pretty long way from Canada...

Things are going good here at home cept hubby and i are sick and little man was getting sick but seems to be doing better today.. he's got tons of energy its hubby and i who don't.. lol but isn't that always the way it seems.

I gotta finish decorating the tree and get the rest of the stuff decorated at the house which is fun when your little one likes to take everything down as you put it up.. lol

anyways.. we are thinking of going swimming today but not sure since we are all kinda sick.. mainly stuffy/runny nose and coughing so i'm going to see how i feel later and if hubby still wants to them maybe we will go since its indoors and a heated pool.

Woohoo I think I may have finally gotten unstuck as far as the scale goes.. lets just hope it continues.. I hopped on the scale this morning since i am finally done with tom to see 232.6 on the scale this morning.. soo woohoo.. :party:

I just hope things continue in the downward trend with the holiday moving closer and closer each day.. i can't believe we only have 8 days left till christmas.. dang time seems to be flying faster then i can catch up to things...

ok well gotta get tons of things done as my list goes on and on..

Ugh.. thank god the holiday is almost over... haha news years left to go then no more major holidays till v-day that are really celebrated in my household. I am still bouncing between 232 and 237 depending on the day.. lol

things have been good here at the house other then being sicker then a dog.. haha stupid winter colds suck. Along with having asthma which makes coughing even worse.. anyways.. things are good in my world for now... talk to you all tomorrow.

Hey everyone.. so dh and i finally made it back to the gym. we went for an hour and a half yesterday. boy not working out for a while then trying to get back into it really makes you realize how much work it is and how much easier it would have been to keep it up during the holidays. Either way things are hopefully going to get a jumpstart again and then i'll make my holiday challenge goal for this challenge since i haven't made it the last 2 challenges.

ok well that's my small update for now.. not much going on and i gotta get ds to bed soon. talk to you all soon.

oh yeah its hard gettig back into it sometimes eh. I hit the bike and gym with a vengance today, though i have to say, i do feel better for it :D

hey everyone.. man this week sucks right now.. I am in the middle of what i think is a miscarriage again.. third in less then a year.. ugh.. well i got a positive pregnancy test on friday then again on monday and then on tuesday i woke up soaked in blood. I had blood work done today to see where i stand and if that comes back positive then the weightloss will have to be put on hold. If it comes back negative then i'm going to kick ass in the weightloss and hit the gym with a vengence and work my ass off so that i can get preggo at a healthy weight. I really want to be preggo but at the same time i wanna get down a little closer to the 200 mark.. ugh.. such a roller coaster life is right now. anyways.. i'll keep everyone up to date on that situation..

other then that life is good. I have hit the gym the last 2 days and when i weighed in on tuesday i weighed 238 and as of this morning i am down to 237.2 which is what i set my ticker at.. so i have gained but i think its cause of not knowing what is going on with my stupid body. Dh and i plan to hit the gym again tomorrow and do like 15-20 minutes of cardio then to st training tomorrow and switch of each day. then saturday we are going to hit the pool that is if i am not bleeding still.. which i hope i won't be by then. I am hoping to be back down to like 234 by next weigh in. on the 17th... i wish i hadn't gained at all but you know when we are stressed and stuff we don't always have a good grasp on things sometimes.. well thats all changed i am re-focused and will be even more so once i know what is going on with me.

anywyas.. i'm back to weightloss world and hoping to rock this challenge out like i had planned in the beginning... haha anyways.. i weighed in this morning at 231.8 woohoo i hope it goes below 230 by next weigh in that would be great... haha i haven't been this low on the scale in years so its a nice feeling to see it. i can't wait to see the 200 mark or even below it but still got a while to get there..

anyways.. i am doing good and pushing on towards my goal of 225 and hoping to reach it by the end of the challenge if not before it if i can help it. Dh and I are really working towards reaching our goals this time around. he wants to get down to 230 and i need/want to get at least down to 225 if not lower by v-day so lets see if we can make it. haha

well i am going to go to bed as i gotta get up at 2 am and its already 11:15pm on the west coast.. gotta love the time differences for everyone.. lol so i'll hit up the diaries and such and then skip on to bed.

Well today was mostly nice for the most part. Other then my husband being an ass again.. but what's new with married life.. haha (scarasm there) anyways.. weightloss/food wise was a good day. no snacking and i did eat healthy for the most part i didn't count cals so i have no clue what range i was in but will start that tomorrow morning. anyways.. just thought i would update you all as to how my day went. hope today goes better then yesterday went. but isn't looking like it will so far.

Yes hubby's are pretty annoying but sometimes they are great to have around too. Anyways.. i am happy the scale is working with me. so far anyways.. haha it showed 230 even this morning which i haven't weighed in over 3 years so its nice to finally see. anyways. i'm hoping to get down to 225 for sure this time around since i have been trying forever it seems like.

food has been good.

Breakfast: slept in as i wasn't feeling good.
Lunch: tuna and crackers
snack: banana and apple
dinner pork chop and mixed veggies.

not sure how many cals as i haven't been tracking that but i'm doing pretty good i guess since the scale is going downwards.

exercise: 30 min elliptical and then 15-20 minute on the weights and 10 minutes sauna/spa area to relax muscles

Hey i'm back... went outta town for my mom's b-day thursday then to disneyland yesterday so i am totally exhausted.. ugh.. then i start school tuesday so my world of being a stay at home mommy is coming to an end.

Things weight wise are still doing ok. haven't been hitting the gym as much as i would like so going to try to do that before going to school all next week and see how that works out.. haha anyways.. gotta keep going even when your exhausted and grouchy and such.. but thats life..

hoping to have my computer back by the end of this month.. if not the first week of february for sure. damn thing died on me wednesday night so i have only a very limited amount of time to use the pc. so will update as much and as often as i can during the week.

hey everyone.. sorry i have been mia in my own diary.. haha i have been super busy. I started school on the 22nd of January. and haven't slowed down much since then. I have been doing ok foodwise but exercise has been a total loss just about. i think since school i have gotten to the gym once or twice which sucks.. and i have to fix my elliptical at home cause one of the pedals broke off.. stupid thing when dh tried to move it broke.. anyways.. once i can get back into a groove on that i should be good. i'm taking 4 classes right now. so i'm in school from 6pm to 10pm monday through thursday and sometimes on fridays if we have holidays on any of the other days of the week. :puke: anyways.. this morning i weighed in at 231.2 so hopefully tomorrow's numbers are better for me then they were this morning. i really don't wanna post a gain but if so just means i gotta work harder at the gym tomorrow before school.. lol

just thought i would update a little since i have been gone since the 20th in my diary. i am hoping to be like 229 tomorrow which means 4 more lbs if i reach that before v-day so we will see.. talk to you all in the morning..
