Hey everyone, the pumpkin patch was fun and tiring. we got 4 pumpkins all picked out my mr. alex. He think's he's the boss when it comes to those type of things. he even tried to pick out my clothes for me today when i went to go buy the shirt for the rest of my costume. It was so funny. he was like no mama not that. i was like but i want that one. haha. so he was mad cause i didn't get the one he wanted me to get. Anyways, I am still at 234 lbs but this is a new week and i plan on kicking ass in my workouts and stuff since i bought some resistance bands yesterday and boy using those for not even i think 5-10 minutes and my arms felt like they were going to fall off.. lol i thought using the hand weights was doing good but sheesh my arms were sore this morning and that was just doing like i said 5-10 minutes using the light resistance band. I think i'm going to keep using it and work my way up to the others that my set came with. Hopefully that will help me continue to lose weight.
Plan for tomorrow:
breakfast: fruit shake, and small bowl of cereal with sliced banana in it.
Lunch: turkey sandwich with grapes and carrots
Dinner: hamburgers grilled and salad with tomatoes and grapes and such.. very yummy.
snacks: granola bites and rice cakes.
Exercise 30 minutes elliptical and 15 minutes strength training and maybe a 30 minute: ab,butt and thigh video i have. I'll let you all know for sure tomorrow. for now though i'm heading off to read a few more diaries then head to bed.
