I don't have a lot of time, we are leaving soon for an impromptu trip to the zoo (3 hours away). But I've been thinking lately that maybe I'm eating too many calories. I mean, I'm staying right where I should be according to My Plate, but it's possible that either my metabolism is slower or that I set my activity level too high.
Right not it's at "Moderately Active" since I get to the gym 4-5 times a week. And that has me at 1600 calories a day. But I'm going to try to kick that back down to about 1300 and see if that helps at all.

And by Sunday, I was down 1 pound from last Friday, so I think I must have had some water weight last week. Odd, since I don't really see any reason why, but whatever.
