Diet
9am- 2 eggs, 1 egg white, 2 slices of double fiber bread, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 cup cranberry cocktail juice, 4 strawberries (500cal/1/14)
1pm- 1/2 cup strawberries, 1 thin slice watermelon, 15 welch fruit snack, 3 cups of theatre popcorn (300cal/2/4)
5pm- 1 serving of whole wheat spaghetti in alfredo and tomato sauce w/ chicken sausage and mushroom, serving of almond danish (700cal/1/7)
8pm- 8oz t-bone steak, 1 serving baby bok choy steamed, 3 serving stir fry red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onions, eggplant, and mushrooms
calories: (2,000/8/35)

Thoughts
I need to eat strawberries, watermelon, and low fat cottage cheese for the rest of the day. I need to eat more veggies, so I will try to saute eggplant and bell peppers.
Well, it is past 6pm, and my plans for today went out the window pretty much, in terms of diet. I'm pretty tired, low energy, feeling slightly depressed. I am not too sure why....I still didn't go to the gym, nor do I feel like going....eugh, I just want to sleep!
